투 리버스 인 제임스타운(Two Rivers Inn West)

This is a seriously outdated property. If you are driving through and need a place to crash, keep going! We reserved a room which was not available and instead were given a room with 3 beds. The floor had not been vacuumed, bedding was pilled and stained, no detailed cleaning in a long time. No toilet paper, soap or toiletries provided! The tub surround was cracked. AC was a small window unit, super noisy & controls didn’t all work. Full size fridge with a frozen Corona left behind. Only 1 bedside lamp we had to unplug to charge devices. No breakfast. Coffee was promised starting at 6:00 am in the lobby. we left at 6:10 with no coffee in evidence. The WiFi was strong. We didn’t attempt to watch TV so can’t comment. Overpriced for the poor quality.

The lady who runs this establishment was so very kind, and so was her dog. Although I could smell that the lady at the front had been drinking alcohol, because I could smell it on her breath. I really hate to leave a bad review. But the state of the facilities and the cleanliness here was a big issue. Water was coming in from outside, and the hallway smelt of mold and mildew. My room looked like it hadnt been cleaned in months! It was gross! I have pictures to prove this as well. There was stuff all over the floors, an empty kleenex box next to drink rings on the beds end table. There was dirt splattered on the inside of the shower curtain, everything was covered in dust, and the fridge was non operational. I hope this was only a one time thing. But I have to leave this facility a poor score. I hope they can improve.

This is a cute, quiet place just off the interstate. The staff was very welcoming and kind. Good value.

This is an older motel, we arrived after 10:00 and there was no one in the office and it was locked, so I had to go knocking on windows near the office to get help. The heat system was very old and I wasn't sure how to turn it up but it did warm up comfortably. The bathroom was new and the bed was comfortable. It was nice and quiet, so we slept well.

I didn’t have a reservation when I got there, they indicated they don’t take online reservations. Not sure why they are listed on your site. Had to stay 40 miles away.

There was no room available upon arrival and the front desk lady said no reservations were made. She had to be woken up to be of service and was impolite and rude.

This is a traditional motel right out of the 50s. Made me feel nostalgic. The lady at the reception area welcomed me and my little yorkie with genuine warmth and friendliness. I slept well on the slightly creaky but very comfortable bed, after taking a nice long shower in the absolutely spotless bathroom. Recommend this place if you don’t need a swimming pool, fancy restaurant, etc.

It was a place to sleep. The sink did not work nor did the little coffee maker. The bed was old but comfortable.

Torn on this one. Cute little place, but, our room ******. Beds were comfortable, but, the bugs crawling through the 1"+ gap under the front door eventually found there way into those as well. The bathroom was a bit scary, but, the shower was awesome. The a/c was filthy with one working knob, but, it kept the room consistently cool. I would have probably rated it lower, but, the lady at the front desk was SO nice!! (avoid room 25)
