Really lovely B&B just outside Swinford. 10 minutes walk into town and only around 15 minutes in the car from Knock airport. Stayed in the annex which was perfect. Rooms were clean and towels changed daily. Breakfast was great and the owners (Jimmy & Bridget) were superb. Recommended and would return.

This b&b is amazing not only is the house itself beautiful but the owners are very nice and have wonderful suggestions for dinning options. The breakfast was delicious.

Completely satisfactory B&B. Room in the annex was a reasonable size and clean and tidy. Owner offered to put the heating on as the temperature had dropped after period of very warm weather. The building themselves are attractive and the gardens well looked after and pleasant to use. Great information provided on local places to eat. The TV in the room was miniscule, same size as a large laptop computer. Strong WiFi was great. Decent selection for breakfast but could have been improved by some croissants or pastries. Owners very friendly and helpful.

We stayed here when visiting the holy shrine at Knock and found Bridget and Jimmy very friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable about Mayo and helped us with usfull information that you would not find in any guide book. Thanks Both. The room was clean and the breakfast was nice.

I stayed here for 11 nights whilst I was in Ireland on business. The hosts were very welcoming and my room was comfortable and regularly cleaned. This place is just a short walk from Swinford town where there were plenty of places to choose from for food and drink. I will definitely stay here again.

What a quaint location! We enjoyed our short stay and the hospitality shown to us! We hope to visit again!

My wife and i spent 6 days here, visiting her family in Swinford, for the New year. It is our second stay and it was as excellent, as our first time. We were warmly greeted by Jimmy upon arrival and given our room key in the annexe, where we stayed before. The facilities include kettle, tea and coffee, ironing board and iron, plus hairdryer and TV. The bed was very comfy and the shower was dreamy. Breakfast was in the main house and served from 08:00 until 10:00 and is true value for money. We were greeted each morning, by Brigit, who is very warm and friendly, as we placed our order for a cooked breakfast. It is a breakfast menu, that lives up to being a truly great breakfast, to start the day with. There are also cerials, yoghurts and fruit juice. Highly recommended.
