There's also easy access to ATV trails and Beaver Mountain skiing and snowboarding is just a 15-minute drive up the canyon. This place is the definition of convenient recreation.Casita Turquesa has 3 designated parking spots - one in the garage (compact cars only), then one in front of the garage, and another adjacent to that in front of our unit's main floor window (see listing photos for a visual on parking parameters).Even though we are an end unit, parking is not allowed on grass or gravel. This is a townhouse complex so parking resembles that of a small parking lot as our unit is connected to other units. It can be tight on busy weekends! If you need extra parking, there is an overflow parking lot south of the complex, however, it is first come first serve only and not guaranteed especially on busy weekends or holidays.Come make some incredible memories at Bear Lake, kick back and relax with family and friends at the Casita.
