Experience Costa Rica and you will not want to leave.The house is all natural with stone, slate, and granite throughout. Stained glass windows and Costa Rican art are seen throughout the house. The furniture was custom built for the home by local artisans. All new window and doors were installed in 2015.There is nothing quite like opening your glass sliding doors and walking right onto the beach. This unique house is unlike any house you've ever seen.Feel the ocean breezes come through the house. With the new windows and screens, the house stays well ventilated.There two bedrooms with en suite baths on the first floor facing the mountainside. There are 5 bedrooms on the second floor 3 are facing the mountainside, one with en suite bath.The upstairs master bedroom and a large second master bunkroom are oceanfronts on the second floor.
