This is a beautiful, well appointed fully self contained cottage located on a Bellingen 120 acre hobby farm. It has two bedrooms, sleeping 6 people, and two bathrooms. All household linen is provided.Verandas wrap around the cottage, and are sun-drenched throughout the day in winter, shaded in summer, with a very large, covered front veranda. Expansive and spectacular mountain and valley views will keep you on the veranda for hours at a time. Gardens have been designed with an emphasis on bird attracting plants.The living room has a fireplace, ceiling fans and air conditioning. There is a flat screen digital TV with Netflix installed and a DVD player. NBN WIFI is free in the cottage. The kitchen has a full sized stove and fridge, microwave and there is a gas BBQ on the veranda. You will only need to bring food and personal effects. There is an attached laundry with washing machine and dryer. The cottage was extensively upgraded at the end of 2019.There is an ensuite to the main bedroom, and the main bathroom has both a large shower and a laundry tub.It's a perfect place for children - half a kilometre away from the road, not near any water source, well away from neighbours and surrounded by a large flat lawn - a perfect playground for active children (and adults).Small dogs are welcome but please confirm first. You must clean up after your dog, for the comfort of yourselves and other guests. Dogs are not permitted on furniture or in beds for health reasons. If there are indications that this has occurred, you will be charged $50 per dog per day for your stay.The cottage is only a five minute drive from Bellingen, and is well off the road on top of a hill. The cottage offers peace, privacy and an opportunity to get away from it all. The stunning Never Never swimming holes are within a short stroll from the property, there are so many to explore, and we are happy to give you some tips of where to swim and what waterfalls to chase!As you enter the home you are welcomed with warmth and ambience, styled to make you feel at home and relaxed. The kitchen is perfect to cook up a storm with a large state of the art gas oven. The main living area is centered around the wood fireplace and flows perfectly from the kitchen and outdoor areas. We have an additional living room setup with a queen sofa bed but a great TV room for kids so the adults can get some peace and quiet! Our bedrooms are styled for a good night's sleep! Super comfy beds and stunning linen sheets allow you to really unwind after a day at the river or dare I say it, too many vinos by the fire. Note: Firewood only provided during the winter months. There are two bathrooms (one an ensuite) that will maintain your privacy and a large internal laundry.We are so happy to share our little piece of paradise with you.
