더 번리 인(The Burley Inn)

Right from our entrance to the bar area, we found the cool a**osphere on a hot May day and the friendly staff welcoming. We only required a soup and roll snack lunch but these were provided quickly and in a pleasant manner at a reasonable cost. An enjoyable and relaxing lunch.

Stayed for 2. nights good location in centre of Burley. Warm welcome staff all very friendly and helpful. Our twin room was spotless bathroom was small but again spotlessly clean ,shower worked well. The cooked breakfast was very good also the 2 evening meals were well cooked and generous portions. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I stopped for a meal at the Burley Inn Hotel.We were welcomed when we entered and shown to a table. The a**osphere was very welcoming with excellent food and service. You will not be disappointed.Would highly recommend. Next visit to the New Forest will definitely stay there.

We didn't stay but had lunch there. I had the steak and kidney pudding and my friends had the plough man's lunch. No complaints, Food was lovely and staff friendly and efficient. I was pleased that the mashed potato was real and not freeze dried rubbish!

We only had a last minute break here but really enjoyed our stay, room ok, staff excellent, very helpful, evening meal good and breakfast excellent, would stay there again, perhaps in the summer when the weather is better.

We have stayed at this Inn many times because it is convenient, the staff are wonderful and we enjoy being thre.

The Staff Really made our stay!! They are great!!! Lovely place to stay…food & rooms were lovely Location is sublime! Would definitely recommend a stay here! Open fires with the mulled wine and mince pies were a real treat after a long hike in this beautiful location!

Had a one night stay here and thought it was a great find. The staff were all lovely and helpful, the room was very clean and had everything you needed, including some nice touches like bottles of water that often aren't in more expensive hotels. The included breakfast in the morning was very welcome too, and again the lady that served us couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. The pub itself is a lovely old style village pub, and we spent the evening in there having a few beers in front of the real fire, and had a very nice dinner. For the money I can't find any fault, would certainly recommend and we will be back!

Enjoyed our stay. A comfortable, clean room. Friendly and efficient staff. Good dinner and breakfast.
