The room was very nice and really clear and enough room

We had a lovely stay. Spacious family room. Within walking distance to shops and riverfront. Check-in could be improved though e.g provide a welcome pack that details wifi info and check-out instructions as there was no reception on site. Overall, we would come back and recommend it to our friends.

Great little motel, is close to the main street, but far enough away from the road for any traffic noise and walking distance to the attractions. We stayed in a deluxe Queen room which have been refurbished and they are spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable and the new decor very pleasant. The motel also has a pool up the back with a covered area with chairs and tables, fridge, barbecue and large screen TV. Emily at reception across the road was so wonderful to deal with, super friendly, so helpful with ideas, nothing was too much trouble for her, what a breath of fresh air, if only every motel had an Emily, it would be so much more pleasant exp0reience traveling. Room, bedding & linen were immaculate. Perfect for my one night in Swan Hill. Convenient to everything.

Very clean and close to shopping and dining. Room was renovated, however the car park and ground surrounds needs more tlc as there were ****s and unkempt garden. Not having onsite staff was odd.

The room is very clean and the bed is comfortable, I had a good sleep.

The bed was comfortable and clean. There was cutlery and crockery, a microwave, a kettle & a toaster, tea & coffee to make a cuppa. The TV reception and the wifi were fine. The carpet had dirty marks all over it, which looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned properly. The wash basin had rust around the waste outlet and the soap holder in the shower was missing and two screws were sticking out of the tiles where the soap holder had been. The air conditioner when it warmed up sounded like an aeroplane was going over. I turned it off to hear the TV when we first got there. During the night we could hear the air conditioner in the next room going all night. It was quite annoying. We were disappointed because it read well when we booked it, but it left a lot to be desired. We certainly wouldn’t recommend the motel to anyone.

We were unlucky in that we stayed in a room that was not renovated but even so this was the worse room I Have ever stayed in . The highlight was the rodent bait in the room . We slept with the light on so hopefully the rodent would not visit . The shower was either very hot or cold . The bed lamp above the bed did not work and was replaced by one lamp on one side of the bed . I would not recommend this motel to anyone

Great location, close to main shopping centre and dining and easy walk to river. The room was clean and comfortable, but not well insulated from noise outside or neighbouring cabins. TV remote did not work, but otherwise room was in good condition. Convenient and good for a night or two.
