스칸딕 베스트피오르 로포텐(Scandic Vestfjord Lofoten)

최악의 스칸딕 호텔 경험. 방 냄새가 나고, 먼지가 많고, AC도 없고, 샤워실에 따뜻한 물도 없고 시끄럽습니다. 이웃 방과 외부 주차장에서 벌어지는 모든 소리가 들렸습니다. 객실 유형에 대한 scandic**********의 사진은 실제 객실을 나타내지 않습니다. 나는 다시는 이 호텔을 예약하지 않을 것이다.

처음부터 끝까지 정말 즐거운 2박 숙박이었습니다. 훌륭한 항구 위치, 정문 밖의 무료 주차장, 훌륭한 서비스와 광범위한 지역 정보를 갖춘 적절한 환대. 최상층에 있는 객실은 훌륭했고 가능한 모든 편의 시설을 갖추고 정말 편안했지만 엘리베이터가 없다는 점에 유의하세요. 아침 식사 공간과 음식 선택은 크기와 선택(예: 훌륭한 와플) 측면에서 광범위했으며 전체적으로 집에 있는 듯한 느낌을 받았습니다. 내일 다시 머물 것입니다.

우리는 하이킹 여행을 위해 로포텐에 왔고, 위치가 좋고 가격도 적당해서 이 호텔을 예약했습니다. 단점: 청소 서비스. 기본적으로 제가 불만을 제기할 때까지 이틀 동안 청소 서비스가 없었지만 안타깝게도 불만을 제기한 후에도 아무 일도 일어나지 않았습니다. 불만 사항이 접수된 후 청소 서비스가 우리 방을 방문했지만 침대 시트를 교체하거나 바닥이나 욕실을 청소하지 않았습니다. 그들은 테이블 위에 화장지만 남겨두고(이상하게) 침대를 좀 더 "더 좋게"(나쁘게 보임) 만들려고 노력했습니다. 우리는 사진을 찍어 접수처에 보여주었습니다. 찬물 샤워. 어느 시점부터 온수에 문제가 생기기 시작했습니다. 욕실에서 이상한 냄새가 납니다. 배관 문제일 수도 있나요? 장점: 리셉션 직원이 정말 친절하고 좋습니다. 이번이 Lofoten에 두 번째 방문하는 것이며 다음에 명시된 이유로 이 호텔에서 객실을 예약하지 않을 것입니다. 아직 떠나기까지 하루 꼬박 남았습니다. 우리가 떠나기 전에 그 사람들이 이걸 청소할 수 있을지 궁금해요 ㅋㅋㅋ

Very old and dated property. Very basic facilities. No elevator. Not even a kettle in the room. Very average breakfast. Only saving grace is the location. Staff is courteous but most of the time not available at the desk. Would not stay here again.

Great spot nice room and friendly staff. Former factory opposite cod drying racks. Watch out for seagulls if you breakfast outside!!

Still after 10 pm music was played very loud outside. The room was quite large, but there was no amenities such as a kettle. In addition, the floor was a bit dirty. The breakfast was varied and good.

All staff we talked to were friendly and professional. The hotel is along side the wharf- near warehouses and large got industry. An odd location when driving in. Easy to walk to central plaza and restaurants. A basic, no frills hotel that is clean and modern. Breakfast was excellent.

We were looking for the most economical option that was also convenient in location while we stayed in Svolvær for eight nights. The convenience of this location is unquestionably perfect. You are within 5-minute walking distance of all the main necessities in town – restaurants, grocery, shopping and outings. Reading all of the reviews ahead of booking it was funny to read all of the comments about the breakfast. After staying there – I get it. You start each day with a plan to spend most of it out and about, doing everything you can fit into one day. That requires a lot of energy so the fact that you can choose your food from a very large spread each morning while also saving the cost of $10-$25 per person to eat breakfast anywhere else cannot be discounted. Their breakfast is truly the best way to start your long days. While going for economical in this expensive area was preferred, the very small size of the room we got was borderline worth a little extra cost to get something bigger. The room was so small, we had to go sideways, one at a time to get between the end of the bed and the wall. We had to move the chair back and forth to access our clothes and there was minimal storage to get clothes out of our bags. The bed was reasonably comfortable and the room was basically clean. The bathroom could use a deep cleaning or some minor updates. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There are a lot of very high marks here for this hotel but our room was not. If you stay here, I would only suggest not getting the basic room – or maybe it’s just the standard rooms on the ground floor with outside access next to the parking lot?

The hotel is excellently located, a few steps from the Hurtigruten landing pier in the harbour area, It is 5 minutes by foot from the central square with many restaurants - this compensates for the lack of a hotel restaurant. The surroundings are a bit shabby, and there are no attempts to improve the impression by decorating the hotel breakfast terrace e.g. with flowers. I very much like the Scandic policy of providing free bikes to the guests, but in this hotel there had seemingly been no maintenance of the bikes. The gear was broken and the brakes did not work well, making the bikes dangerous. Even for Norwegian standards the hotel is a bit pricey in relation to quality: I paid 185 euros (1850 NOK) for a basic room with sea view. The bathroom was newly renovated, clean and shiny. Breakfast was awesome and very plentiful, like it tends to be in Scandic hotels. However, the extra effort to provide local products had not been taken by this hotel, which is a pity. The overall impression of the hotel was a lack of management: everything routinely required was fulfilled, but it seemed like nobody cared to go that extra step to take care of the property and the amenities provided.. You can probably find better options in Svolvaer, even if the location ot this hotel is hard to beat.
