Moonlight Hotel - All Inclusive

Nice hotel, massive rooms and balcony. Location is fantastic right by the beach and short distance from everything you would want on a holiday. Staff very helpful and because we arrived late they had made us all a little buffet to eat in our rooms. Can’t wait to go back

1* Hotel, I don't know who let these scammers keep 5*. Smells like dumb everywhere! Food horrible, restaurant as a 90's cantine, dirty, you cannot drink anything from All Inclusive, it is plastic everything. The Air Conditioning was not working and they didn't change our room because it was after 20.00 o'clock, I was complaining even booking, nothing...and it is impossible to sleep with the windows open because there are mosquitoes and bugs and they don't have windows nets. THE PARKING HAS MAX 10 SPOTS.

Lovely hotel and staff. Right in the beach. Within walking distance to the harbour and restaurant. Rooms are clean and spacious. Balcony we had was massive overlooking the sea. Food was okay not a massive selection but always something to suit everyone. Pools were clean and well maintained. The spa is worth a visit if you get time.

Rooms are great, spacious, comfortable, fabulous views. Beach front location. Indoors and outdoors swimming pool are shockingly dirty, unkempt and outdated Cantine needs refreshing, food was ok but won't please everyone. Ice cream is available all the time.

6 adults and 1 infant, in 3 rooms, in summer holidays. Paid £670 pp all-inclusive. Large room, bathroom and balcony but bathroom needed cleaning around shower and re grouting as some mould. Good location, next to beach and 10 mins from shops/centre. Got taxi to Nessebar and Aqua park. Use the hotel taxi as cheaper. Food was average but always something to eat. Outside cooking was good on grill. Ice creams all day. We sat near indoor pool, that half the roof opened in the day. Pool was bit cool but ok after a while. Quieter area, always got sun beds at 8.30am ish. Some people left towels and weren't using them, which was a bit annoying. Other pool was busier and warmer and visited there too. Most areas clean. Out door area where table tennis was, was very bleak, indoor kids room could have been improved, I think they probably use to do a kids club but quite neglected. We preferred bar upstairs to one nearest indoor pool. Little play area. Most staff friendly apart from one receptionist (Thorodora?) Cheap area to buy snacks etc, inflatables were expensive though. All in all, for what we paid we were pleased and had a good time. I would say it was more a 3 plus star and not 5 star but could be this if they upped their game.

Location of the hotel, proximity to the beach, large room with balcony and sea view, spacious double bed, 2 hotel pools, plenty of food on offer, although a smaller selection of food types Parking on the crowded street to the hotel - I had to wait for it to become free, daytime animations for children and a bar to sit in the evening were missing, one of the pools was in a rather damaged condition, non-functioning gym, the hotel needs maintenance, the painting of the pool is very sharp - I cut my leg and hand

good: we had a junior suite at 5th floor in all inclusive regime, room extremely large, huge bed, quiet, a big terrace, place for daytime. cleaning was done every single day .food was good and many kind of dishes to choose from. but more than all I loved the sea sound ,FOBULOUS SEA VIEW and the beach-actually place to bath in the sea! I even swim on in rain! also the spa is nice in terms of massage cos I did not try anything else. bad: they have 2 swimming pools, one outside, one inside which was supposed to be heated and was freezing.

J'ai apprécié la taille de la chambre, le design et la vue ainsi que son balcon. La piscine qui n'est quasiment jamais à l'ombre. J'avais le dos bloqué et grâce aux compétences de la masseuse, j'ai vite été soigné. La nourriture peut être amélioré, notamment le poisson. Plus de diversités dans les animations.

Приехали в отель около 11:00 но наш номер ещё небыл готов. Одели нам браслеты и предложили отправится на обед (12:30-14:30), обещали что после того как пообедаем, нам предоставят номер. Спасибо большое персоналу, так как номер получили уже до обеда. Мы были с ребёнком и очень сильно устали из за раннего прилёта. Номер: Standart Sea View 1406 огромный номер (где то 50квм) с шикарным видом на море и большой ванной комнатой. В номере есть большой шкаф, комод, два зеркала (одно в полный рост) раскладной диван, огромная кровать king size (3м на 2м), tv, чайник, сейф, холодилник, кондиционер. В ванной комноте есть ванна, душевая кабина, биде, унитаз, фен, зеркало и раковина. Также имеются халаты, тапочки, шампуни, гель для душа, соль для ванны, ватные палочки, шапочки для душа, мыло, расчёска, швейный набор. Есть большой балкон на котором находится сушилка, два стула и стол. Уборка номера производится каждый день, так же меняют полотенца тоже каждый день. Питание: All inclusive шведский стол где всегда можно выбрать что покушать. Каждый день еда разная и тем самым не приедается. Разные салаты, супы, мясо, овощи, рыба, фрукты, сладкое, мороженое и.т.д. Напитки так же на любой вкус - пиво, лимонады, соки, домашние вино, горячие напитки и.т.д. Голодными никогда не оставались, всё очень вкусно и сытно. Пляж: Небольшой но места всем хватает. Есть лежаки и зонтики - платные 10 лев за человека. Не пользовались так как небыло необходимости и лежали просто у воды на полотенце. Полотенец кстати на пляже нет, так что надо брать своё. Море как всегда шикарно, но для любителей совсем тёплой воды советую ехать в июле, так как сейчас тут очень ветрено и вода прохладная бывает. Город: Сам по себе Святой Влас очень тихий и спокойный городок, развличений тут особо нет, поэтому ездили на Солнечный берег на автобусе номер 5 или 8, проезд стоит 2 лева. Эти же автобусы едут до старого Несебра, цена 3 лева за человека (деткам бесплатно). Обратно едут эти же автобусы. Минусы: В номере нет буклета с общей информацией о отеле, пароли для wifi, инструкции для сейфа. Есть небольшие недочёты по номеру которые ну никак не могут присутствовать в отеле у которого 5* и за те деньги что за него нужно заплатить. Так же и в гостинице в целом есть недочёты. Возможно когда то он и был 5* но сейчас явно это не так, все выглядит "усталым" и требует обновления. В целом отель понравился и всё было отлично особенно вид из номера. Но за такие деньги можно найти действительно 5* отель который соответствует звёздам (кстати рядом такой стройтся и скоро будет принимать гостей).
