The hotel facilities are fine, but the service at the front desk is terrible.
I arrived to checking, without even looking at her computer or my ID,
the clerk said "I don't have reservation for you" in a very unfriendly tone.
I gave her my ID she repeated, ""I don't have reservation for you".
Then she looked in her computer ... and found my reservation.
This is either bad recruitment, bad training or lack of follow-up.
It is a hotel management issue.
