서퍼스 비치사이드 홀리데이 아파트먼트 후기

마침 골드코스트 성수기였는데 3일 넘게 호텔 예약도 못했는데 우연히 이 호텔을 예약했는데 서퍼 천국에서 기차로 한 정거장 거리에 있고 걸어서도 금방이에요. 해안선. 아파트에는 침실 2개, 욕실 2개, 거실 1개, 해안선을 향한 발코니가 있습니다. 밖에 나가지 않고도 해안선을 따라 미국 TV 시리즈를 시청하는 것은 매우 편안합니다.

일찍 도착하세요. 방이 있으면 직원들이 미리 준비해 줍니다. 아주 좋습니다. 그리고 집은 옆집 클럽의 회원 정보를 제공하므로 임차인이 음식 할인을 받을 수 있습니다. 임대 건물에 주차 공간이 있으며, 숙소에 주차 공간이 있습니다. 여행에 편리합니다. 대부분은 좋지만 객실이 너무 오래되었습니다. TV에는 모두 녹색 스크린이 있습니다. WiFi는 제한되어 있으며 추가 요금이 부과됩니다.

지금까지 묵어본 "호텔" 중 최악이라고 해도 과언이 아닙니다. 이곳은 사실 2번째 집주인이 임대해 주는 그런 아파트 건물이고 에어비앤비와 똑같은 일을 하지만, 에어비앤비만큼 편안하고 깨끗하지도 않고, 실제 호텔처럼 서비스나 수익도 좋지도 않습니다. 1. 우선 우리는 12시에 도착했습니다. 소위 "프런트 데스크"(실제로 관리자는 중국인 노인)는 이미 잠자리에 들었습니다. 우리는 더위를 식히기 위해 문에 잠겨 있었고 Ctrip 약속한 15분 이내에 문제를 해결하지 못했습니다. 2. 제가 문에 전화번호를 적고 집주인에게 직접 연락한 것을 발견했습니다. 집주인은 우편함을 열라고 지시했지만(에어비앤비와 정확히 동일) 열쇠만 갖고 있었습니다. 우리가 예약한 방 2개 중 한 곳으로. 3. 체크인 해보니 방이 너무 더러웠어요. 화장실 하수관 소리가 밤새도록 들렸어요. 이불도 한 장밖에 없었어요. 도로와 가까워서 엄청 시끄러웠어요. 에어비앤비 감히 이 수준에 500원만 청구했습니다! 4. 호스팅의 심리로 서비스가 없습니다. 아저씨께서 가장 많이 하신다고 하더군요. 퇴근시간이라 13시에 배치해놨으니 짐은 거기 맡겨두었어요. 운 좋게도 도난 당하지 않았습니다. 벽 너머로 구글 지도로 전 세계 관광객들의 리뷰도 볼 수 있고, 별점 1개짜리 리뷰도 많은데, 이렇게 허름한 곳에서 살기 위해 그렇게 많은 돈을 쓴다는 게 정말 안타깝습니다. 정말 호텔을 예약하든지 에어비앤비를 예약하든지 4성급 호텔 요금을 받는 이런 허름한 민박은 곧 문을 닫아야 합니다!

아파트에 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있어 가족 휴가에 머물 수 있는 환상적이고 깨끗한 숙소입니다. 더 나은 위치, 해변 레스토랑 및 기차까지 도보 거리를 요구할 수 없습니다. 리조트 매니저인 Lynne과 Mark는 정말 훌륭하고 사랑스럽고 도움이 됩니다.

Avoid this place. My apartment was full of cockroaches in the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom even in my bed. The Manager Michael didn’t care much by only providing a Mortein spray (after my complaint). This place used to be great years back Poor Management they didn’t seems to care about the customer. The only nice thing is the view

Very good value apartment. I would happily stay here again. Apartment was clean and refreshed, in a fantastic location. Short walk to so much. Caval ave is a 1km walk away, tram stop less than 200m and beach 100m. Plenty of other activities and places to eat near by. The building is old and the maintenance is a little behind which won't affect most people. Expected for the price. For us it was one light in the bathroom and a towel rail falling off. The apartment was surprisingly updated. And better than expected for the price. The kitchen is basic and sufficient for most people. We were very happy and would stay here again. Note this end of the gold coast will be noisy Friday and Saturday night. Lots of people having fun. Didn't affect us.

Do NOT stay in apartment 605!! The apartment needs a full renovation. It is dirty, falling apart, and dangerous. The mirror sliding door is broken and almost off its frame, and the fans do not work in the bedrooms. The air conditioner only blows warm air and needs replacing. The lounge is disgusting, peeling, and leaves black stuff all over your clothes and on the floor. The toilet seat is broken in one bathroom, the seat slides to one side, and God only knows what is on the roller blinds, mould and other stains. There is honestly too much to mention, look at the photos I have provided!

Great location, with good views of the ocean. Found the accommodation to be clean, tidy and comfortable. Had everything supplied. Secured parking available onsite at no extra cost. Close to everything even public transport. Check in was easy, with no hassles. Communication in regards to the booking was very good. Price was reasonable. Well worth the stay.

We stayed at Surfers Beachside Holiday apartments for the Broadbeach Blues festival and they rated a 10 out of 10 for location and access to Broadbeach, Surfers and the Gold Coast. How good was it to step out the front door and turn right for Northcliffe Beach only 100mtrs away or turn left and walk 2 mins to the tram which took us directly to the Blues Festival. Everything was so convienent and easy. Accommodations and facilities were great - 2 bedroom aptmnt with good beds, great kitchen, nice lounge area and great balcony views. My only negative was that the underground secure carpark - allocated space - was just a bit too squeezey for my Jeep Grand Cherokee.

Arrived at 6pm. Reception closed. Phone on wall directed me immediately to a very helpful voice and our keys/fob. Apartment exactly as advertised. Stunning, beach front, clean comfortable and quiet. Plus a spacious allocated undercover car space. Bonus. Close to everything, without being smacked in the face from wake up. Well enough maintained areas for activities, which unfortunately no time to appreciate on the short stay. Highly recommend these Apartments

Stayed here for a week. Couldn't asked for a better place. It was clean and tidy. Had everything in which one wanted even a few items like tea and coffee to start off with. Had things onsite like a pool and spa. Secured premises. Even underground carpark with an allocated parking space. Great view. Very good location with a short distance to the beach and about a 10 min walk to the main shopping area as well as plenty of eateries to choose from. The host were polite and helpful. Gave good instructions even for arriving after hours. Reasonably well price. Well worth the stay.

Recently spent 4 nights here and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Being new to the Gold Coast and needing to have a central location this place was perfect. Great location, magnificent views, awesome apartment and wonderful hosts Lynne and Mark. Will definitely be returning!

From the first phone call to book until check out, everything was wonderful. Very clean, comfortable, great view, absolutely fully self-contained, but with great food close by, I wasn't cooking! Foods for every palette are easily available. Stayed in room 503. A bit of traffic and construction noise but certainly not disturbed by it (and I hate noise!). In the words of Arnie: "I'll be back."
