14 박 숙박을 위해 Executive Club으로 업그레이드 할만큼 운이 좋았고 우리가 그것을 최대한 활용했다는 것을 인정해야합니다. 주문대로 조리된 아침 식사, 애프터눈 티, 오후 6시 와인 및 요리된 음식, 치즈, 케이크/푸딩 등의 훌륭한 선택은 저녁 식사를 할 필요가 없었습니다. 방은 많은 채널이 있는 현대적인 TV와 모바일/태블릿에서 스마트뷰를 가능하게 하는 것이 좋았습니다(호텔 전체에서 인터넷이 강력했습니다). 욕실은 환상적인 샤워 시설과 빠르게 채워진 욕조로 훌륭했습니다. 침대는 거대하고 편안했고 암막 커튼과 미묘한 조명으로 언제든지 잠을 잘 수 있었고 에어컨은 완벽하게 조용히 작동했습니다. 우리가 이그제큐티브 라운지에서 길을 잃는 것을 상상했던 이상한 밤을 위해 구내 3개의 레스토랑. 레스토랑은 조금 비쌌지만 5성급 호텔이라 예상됩니다. 장점: 좋은 객실, 강력한 인터넷, 훌륭한 샤워 시설, 이그제큐티브 클럽 - 호텔의 모든 분야에서 탁월한 직원/고객 서비스 및 믿을 수 없을 정도로 매력적인 직원. 단점: 지하의 Desperados 바에는 좋은 라이브 음악이 있었지만 매우 실망스러웠습니다(단체에 있지 않는 한 피하는 것이 가장 좋습니다).

Vasa Hotel Surabaya는 수라바야 최고의 호텔 중 하나입니다. 수라바야 최고의 5개 호텔 목록에 Vasa Hotel을 쉽게 포함할 수 있습니다. 아침 식사는 5 성급 표준을 충족시키기 위해 개선되어야하며 객실은 현대적이고 편안하며 청결도 좋습니다. 주차장이 불편합니다. 엘리베이터가 호텔 본관과 연결되어 있지 않아 꽤 멀리 걸어야합니다.

I stayed in Heritage studio room 58. The ambience of hotel gives you a feeling like you are Royalty and stay in this Heritage hotel with a history of Indonesia’s freedom era takes you back to the old times. It’s better to stay in Hotels like these which are historic yet have every modern gadgets in the rooms. It’s an experience which can’t be described in words. The Garden outside your rooms and a tea/ coffee in morning sitting in the bench in Garden makes life pause. There are many hotels in the vicinity but they are all standard hotels like Double Tree, Four Points Sheraton which are Urban new age hotels but very corporate types. It’s ok to break out sometime to explore hidden gems like these. Coming to Surabaya and not staying in Hotel Majapahit is a crime. Smooth check in and check out process. Very courteous house keeping staff, concierge and reception. From the maintenance standpoint doesn’t look a bit like it’s 100+ years old construction. Maintained so well and the furniture in the room gives you the vibes of history yet are so artistic. Do explore this extra ordinary Hotel in middle of a bustling street. A stroll in the night will boost up your mood. 100% staying in this hotel again whenever I come to Surabaya.

매우 편안했습니다. 디럭스로 예약했는데 방이 없어서 방이 업그레이드되었습니다. 전문적이고 도움을 준 직원 덕분입니다. 아침 식사는 좋았고 팬케이크, 인도네시아 전통 음식, 볶음밥과 같은 중국 음식 등 다양한 선택(서양식 및 인도네시아식)이 있었습니다. 방은 깨끗했지만 더 깨끗할 수 있었습니다(작은 곤충이 거의 없었지만 실제로는 괜찮았습니다. 전반적으로 매우 추천합니다. 호텔이 시내 중심에 있어서 이 호텔은 플러스입니다! 😋

친절한 직원 체크인이 오후 15시 30분인데도 체크인 시간이 오래 걸렸습니다. 다음날 체크아웃 하러 갈때 몰이랑 1번이라 주차장에서 어떻게 나가냐고 물어봤습니다. 그러나 SURE와 함께 프론트 오피스는 차량 NOPOL을 요청하지 않고 등록되었다고 말했습니다. 그 결과, 우리가 호텔/몰을 떠날 때 NOPOL이 등록되지 않았기 때문에 문제가 있었고 조금 더 기다려야 했습니다(20-30분). 호텔에 다시 연락해야 했기 때문에 처음에는 결과가 발생했습니다. 꽤 긴 대기열. 도시를 벗어나 집으로 서둘러야 했지만

A nice hotel in a good location close to Mall. Staff were excellent. The room had everything with amazing views of Surabaya. Unfortunately the roof top bar and restaurant was closed with no alcohol due to Ramadhan. Food in the Cafe was excellent as was breakfast with a great selection and helpful staff. Pool and gym area nice. Will stay again.

Ascott waterpalace hotel lobby is located in front of PTC west lobby. I entered the wrong lobby, apartment lobby so need to turn around. After taking the parking ticket, I parked my car near lobby and started started the check-in process. The check-in process takes about 30 minutes because it explains many rules that must be obeyed and the procedure for replacing the parking ticket with a parking card after check-in and replacing the parking card with a parking ticket at check out. Fortunately, the check-in process was carried out in a sitting position with a comfortable and soft chair. The hotel lobby is on the left while the apartments are on the right. The interior and furniture are still very well maintained and good even though the corridor leading to the room feels stuffy and hot. Executive rooms have kitchen facilities, living room, dining table, bedroom and bathroom. Cooking utensils and cutlery are very complete. Microwaves, electric stoves, sinks, dispensers, kettles, pans, plates, glasses, spoons, forks, soup bowls, and washing machines are all complete and functioning properly. The room is really suitable for gatherings event and cooking together. There are 2 TV's in the living room and bedroom. Wifi and TV service is also very good. Amazingly, I paid close attention to the cleanliness in my room, with a large room size, I didn't find any dirty or stained parts at all. The bathroom is equipped with a bath and shower. Amenities are produced by Budi Jaya Amenities which contain 100 ml (normally only 30-40 ml). the sachet uses brand twinnings. The public facilities are top-notch and very complete, starting from a clean kids club, a special hotel pool complete with a gazebo even though the pool size is not too big, a business center, a gym with a life fitness brand and complete equipment (although a bit dark), and there are 4 pools available integrated with apartment facilities (1 pool is being renovated, rotating pool, kids pool, and standard pool). I think they should improve the breakfast quality, taste are pretty below the standard and the food variants are also very minimalist. Even though coffee uses a coffee machine, there is only black coffee. Others are pudding, cake, cereal, juice (orange and kiwi). Sausage, vegetables, noodles, fried rice, chicken, fruit slices, soup, porridge, omelette. I've only tried a bit of everything and have no interest in adding more. On the other hand, the lack of breakfast is very reasonable because the price difference between breakfast and room only is only Rp. 40.000,00

디럭스 룸 중 하나(표준보다 1층)에 머물렀고 약간의 추가 돈 가치가 있었습니다. 호텔이 번화한 거리를 마주하고 있었지만 내 방은 깨끗하고 넓으며 놀랍도록 조용했습니다. 아침 식사 옵션은 좋았고 무엇보다도 프론트 데스크 직원은 친절하고 도움이되었습니다. Tunjungan Plaza에서 차로 약 5 분 거리에 있지만 가격은 TP 지역의 호텔보다 훨씬 저렴합니다. 도시의 중심에 머물고 싶지만 예산이 더 낮다면 좋은 선택이 될 수 있습니다.

Everything runs smooth at the beginning, the hotel fulfills my request for early check in and late check out. But I had unpleasant experience after check-out. My smartphone’s charger left in the room #722 on December 10th. I remember very clear that before I check out at 1 pm, I watch some streaming video on my phone while charging it, and then I realized that its already my time to check out. I got out from the room in a haste to check out at reception in lobby are, and I’m sure that I left my charger in my room. After check-out, I just sit down at lobby area for a moment while waiting for my transport to pick me up. And still realize that my charger is left. I left the hotel around 2 pm. after arrived at my destination, I realize that my charger is still left at hotel room. I call the hotel phone number immediately at 2.22 pm, a Lady answer my phone and promise to call back after ask housekeeping to check my previous room. After more than an hour I’ve waited with no call back, I decide to call back the hotel at 3.33 pm, same lady answer my phone. She answered that my charger is not there. I’m not sure whether she didn’t ask yet the housekeeping team to check my room, or she just answer it is lost and don’t want to be bothered again, or what. The one that I’m sure about is that my charger left and room 722 and it is impossible vapourized into the air and gone. I decide to buy the new one which cost me more expensive than hotel rate, it is super-fast charger for brand new smartphone anyway. Its lucky for whoever found it.

TUNJUNGAN PLAZA까지 도보로 5분 밖에 걸리지 않습니다 (수라바야에서 가장 큰 쇼핑몰 중 하나) 방은 그렇게 넓지는 않지만 깨끗하고 편안합니다. 운 좋게도 16 층에 방이있어 수라바야의 아름다운 도시 전망을 가지고 있습니다. 음식은 괜찮 았고 아침 뷔페에는 여러 가지 현지 음식이 있습니다. 그리고 식당은 현대적이고 아늑 해 보입니다. 머무는 동안 호텔 직원의 미소가 많이 생길 것입니다. 그리고 그들은 또한 매우 도움이됩니다. 그리고 확실히, 나는이 호텔로 돌아올 것이다.
