Firstly, the photographs on the Jet2 site flatter this hotel. The rooms are very small and it’s a lottery if you get any kind of view. Air conditioning is quite noisy and you can never get the temperature right. Either freezing or clammy. Tea and coffee are not good with some kind of ‘all in one’ coffee which was awful. Bathroom is also small. I could touch both walls with arms outstretched. Shower just ok. The balcony is also very small. Breakfast wasn’t good. There was the odd item that was ok such as the bread and butter pudding (!?) but didn’t really want it the second day. The ‘fresh’ fruit was definitely not fresh. Hard unripe nectarines, and a choice of tinned fruit. The bean to cup coffee machine was broken and jugs of warm filter coffee as the alternative. The swimming pool seems to have been built in completely the wrong location, where it get’s virtually no sun at all, resulting in it being very cold, and explained why no one ever used it (except us once)! It is located away from the bar area to the side of the hotel. The bar had the shutters half down permanently and the area was very, very dark at night with little lighting. They have what should be a good system of using WhatsApp to order your drinks or ask for any help re trips, car hire etc, but you never got to know the cost of the drinks until you get the bill at the end of your stay. You sign a scrap of paper entering your room number and date each time, you have drinks, which is a very poor system. There is no food other than breakfast. Forget the Bali beds and the jacuzzi’s as shown in the photos they are covered up and look like they haven’t been used for some considerable time. The staff are friendly and helpful. Location is good with a short 15 minutes walk into Supetar.
