Worst townplace/Marriott I stayed here for 2+ weeks. They didn't have conditioner for 2 weeks. Smallest breakfast spread ever. Looks like run like a mom and pop show. Surprised Marriott is continuing their license. I am Platinum+ for last 3 years, stayed for weeks in many townplaces, and had pleasant experience. This was shockingly bad. I can't even start to list, starting from attitude of the front office person to the items at the buffets to housekeeping or lack of it. I came back after a week and upgraded myself to residence Inn few blocks from there and it was worth every penny.

Pros: shopping center across street. Two bed-room rooms, and breakfast in morning. Cons: charges for parking, facility and rooms are showing their age, and TVs kept restarting themselves when watching.

Pros: Staff was kind and helpful. They try to do the best with what they have. Beds were very comfortable. Cons: You can hear EVERYTHING from the room above you!!! The property really needs some updating. Ants were in our bathroom and my friends room also had ants and a roach. Water pressure was horrible not matter what time of day/night you showered. No screens on the windows. Two of our windows had broken panes. Many of the dishes and silverware were in the cupboard dirty. We had to wash dishes and run the dishwasher before we could cook anything.

Room was tiny and dank. No ventilation whatsoever. Had to use a pit to hold open the window. All furnishings, and “kitchen ware” was old and in poor condition. When checking in, one of the staff persons, Cristina, was very rude and abrasive. (However, Analisa was very polite and professional.) The bed linens smelled bad! The bath towels were flimsy. At check-in I advised we would like full housekeeping explaining that my husband is ill and going to Stanford for a medical procedure in the early morning and we would need the room clean as early as possible. We got back from the hospital at 1 p.m. and the room was not yet made up. We checked out of the hotel.

Where to begin... I always ask for a high floor away from the elevators in my Marriott profile and almost always am accommodated. Here, I got a first floor room right next to not only the elevator but the breakfast room (and a barking dog) to create the most constant noise level possible. The fan on the AC, usually my go-to for white noise in such situations, wouldn't stay on, cycling from insanely noisy to absolute quiet. There is no luggage rack to put your suitcase, so I had to use the couch for that. The ice machine didn't work in the fridge. There is no blanket on the bed, and nothing in the closet, so I was chilly all night long. Very disappointed - would never stay here again.

I was very happy with my stay. The 2 bedroom suite was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. They had a friendly staff and made check in easy. It's only a 20 minute drive to Stanford Stadium which was the reason for my trip. My dogs loved it too.

The best part of my stay was Guillermo at the front desk. He was always cheerful, treating me as a special guest or even family. The breakfasts were expansive and varied from day to day. Clean, quiet, comfortable and convenient. I will be back!

My fourth time in this hotel. They have a good service, good breakfast, good rooms and location. This hotel become my favorite one and I would really recommend to stay there for any of my friends and coworkers. What is good they also have a small kitchen. across the road the pi’s a Safeway store where you can buy some food. It’s amazing. Please try it.
