Hotel Trakia Garden

Can’t thank the staff enough and the family who manage this hotel. Everyone gets involved to make you feel welcome including the daughter who is made my little boy welcome. We had one problem with the room (RM419) which judging by the cleanliness of the whole hotel was just a blip as after that our room was spotless everyday. The housekeeper from Ukraine was brilliant and always greeted you with a smile. The hotel is ideally located with shops, pharmacy’s and entertainment on your door step. I have always booked hotel complexes when staying outside the UK but I’d happily recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you everyone at hotel Trakia for making my sons first holiday a brilliant one and wish you all the best for the future

Great hotel , lovely staff ,food good ,hotel is spotless staff can't do enough for you ,will be back next year for sure ,the owners went out their way when some one else took our cases ,we soon got them back ,the couple who run it are so friendly they make you feel so welcome nothing is a problem ,we can't wait to go back next year x

Comfortable and friendly, lovely pool with lots of sun beds with good mattresses on them. Large room and large balcony, fridge hair drier and air con. Plenty of food and drink at breakfast but rather bland and barely warm. Beds comfortable and towels changed almost every day. All the staff were helpful and friendly and the cleaner worked very hard and was a pleasant happy lady. Sunny beach is hectic in the central part but trakie just far enough away to avoid most of noise but still close to local bus stops, shops and restaurants

On entering the hotel there is a very strong smell of cigarette smoke which is off putting. Check in was quick and staff friendly. Room had no frills but clean and had dated furniture. Balcony small but did have pool view. Breakfast was not to my taste at all. Pool area ok. Would I stay again no

Fantasic hotel. Our room was very specious with everything you need. Pool area lovely with no sun bed wars. Can't fault the food enjoyed everything we had. The gardens are lovely. A very relaxed hotel with amazing staff in all areas. So nice we booked for next year before we returned home.

We have just returned from 2 weeks at the trakia garden hotel we have stayed here a few time now and are never disappointed the hotel is spotless and the staff are so friendly especially Lena and mark. Our room was spacious bright and spotlessly clean the cleaners do a fab job. We were b&b and the breakfast was good and lots of choice. We had a good few meals in the restaurant and was always happy with the food and the lads in the restaurant are fab everyone works so hard and it shows. The pool is brilliant and spacious no fighting for sun lounges and there is plenty of room so you are not all on top of each other. We hope you all have a good rest once the season is over and we can’t wait to see you all next year thank you for a fabulous holiday.

We are still here and I have to say despite staying in the Riu last year that is bigger and higher star rating this hotel has a much friendlier atmosphere and a personal touch. My daughter has been poorly and they have been so helpful. They k ow best pharmacy, helped with natural remedies etc. On arrival at 4am the member of staff was helpful and offered my daughter a snack. The personal touches go so far. The restaurant is lovely, food good and great value. After only a week I already know I will return. Final review will be uploaded when I leave. X

We keep on coming to Trakia Garden every year because the hotel offers everything we expect. Everything is very well managed and organized. Our room was spacious and thoroughly cleaned every day, towels and bedding changed regularly and the cleaning ladies were very considerate and polite. The pool area is great and very clean, the prices at the pool bar are more than acceptable. There is a good choice of delicious dishes both for breakfast and dinner. We also ordered lunch in the restaurant every day. The garden is lovely and makes you feel you are in nature. The staff is always ready to help and handles all unexpected situations in a professional and caring way. Moreover, the location is great. It takes less than ten minutes to get to beach and less than five minutes to the bus stop for the Old town. We will definitely be back next year.

The hotel was clean and beds really comfy, rooms cleaned daily. Pool area is set in beautiful gardens and always able to find a bed. The hotel itself is dated but very traditional and in its own way quite special. Unfortunately the food was disgusting and heard the same from other guests staying. Such a shame really as this is the only thing that lets the hotel down. Staff are friendly and helpful Wouldn’t stay again but only because of food.
