Hotel Yunona - All Inclusive

안녕하세요! 우리 가족과 나는 올해 처음으로 유노나 호텔에서 휴식을 취했습니다. 우리는 7일 동안 09/05/22에 멈췄습니다. 모든 작업 직원의 예의, 관심 및 배려에 감사드립니다. 대단히 감사합니다! 우리가 집에서 느꼈던 첫 순간부터 우리는 미소로 맞이했고 아침 7시에 도착하여 즉시 방에 정착했습니다. 아마도 3 살짜리 아이가 있다는 사실 때문일 것입니다. 이에 대해 관리자에게 감사드립니다. 우리는 2개의 방 옆에 방을 얻었다. 방은 깨끗하고 방은 매일 청소되며 수건은 매일 교체되며 방에는 필요한 모든 것이 있습니다. 발코니에 빨래 건조대가 있어 아이와 함께 있을 때 매우 중요합니다. 음식은 다양성에 매우 놀랐고 음식은 항상 신선하고 맛있습니다. 첫 번째 코스는 okroshka와 유사한 두 가지 유형의 뜨거운 수프와 차가운 수프입니다. 첫 번째 코스는 점심과 저녁 식사로 제공됩니다. 그리고 다른 수프. 요리의 선택은 다양하고 매일 생선이며 모든 취향에 맞는 모든 종류의 고기입니다. 다양한 무알콜 및 알코올 음료를 마신다. 어린 이용 설탕에 절인 과일도 있습니다 과자, 과일, 아이스크림 등 모든 것이 포함되어 있습니다. 호텔은 바다에서 멀지 않은 곳에 위치해있어 매우 기쁩니다. 일반적으로 우리는 매우 기뻤습니다. Hotel …… basic food …….hit or a miss …..more of a miss than anything …..was all inclusive Tea, coffee, on tap all day from machines but drinks (alcohol) and snacks only certain times of the day and never at night …..snacks were repetitive and the same biscuits only shaped differently. Rooms were cleaned everyday unless you put a do not disturb on your door handle. Hotel foyer was flooded due to drainage problem More guests than staff helped to clean it ……would I go back ….to bulgaria to this hotel unfortunately Not🤦‍♀️

For the price very basic all inclusive but only at certain times Food hit or a miss mostly miss. Pool beautiful Front reception and hallway flooded thunder storm Guests +2 staff cleaned up would I go back there Bulgaria yes Yanona most definitely not 🥲

On arrival they gave us a little bag of food as we had a late check in, lovely start. That’s about as far as the positives go except one or two members of staff being friendly. Not once did the cleaners change our bedding throughout the week, there was squashed mosquitos on the bathroom ceiling, someone entered our room while we were out for the day, left the key card in and our balcony door wide open (we were ground floor so anyone could access it, when I went to reception she said yes the cleaners, but I told them nothing had been cleaned changed or tidied and yet again no bedding changes, she said no it’s not possible that didn’t happen it must’ve been you. The food was awful, most of dinner items were the stale leftovers from lunch, only about 3 things changed the whole week we were there. The drinks service at meal times was self serve but when I went to pour a beer two staff members laughed at me took the glass off me and did it and said that’s better. For two days the pool was green where it had clearly not been treated. The ‘snack bar’ consisted of some old fruit and dry biscuits. The shower leaked out into the bathroom, the toilet was hanging off the wall and all we heard all night was the cistern flushing through but they said there’s nothing they could do about it. If there was a way to get my money back I would certainly be doing so!!! Bulgaria was beautiful but the hotel choice we made ruined it for us

Great location 👌 swimming pool was a great size. Hotel rooms very clean beds comfortable. Very quiet at night for kids to sleep. Food fine nothing amazing but fine for what it was plenty choice from. We ate out most nights and lunches as liked to go a walk. Would go back again.

We had a lovely stay. The only issue for us was the rooms were tiny, we struggled to fit 4 of us and luggage into the room without it being a mess 24/7. We were also told they had no travel cots so had to buy and bring one for them to have them which was annoying. The food for breakfast was fine but didn't really eat lunch or dinner. My son had a milk allergy and the chef was incredible every day she would show us what he could and couldn't have and went above and beyond thank you so much. We were dissapointed the high chairs weren't the best which made it very hard for our son to eat. Overall we would certainly return to this hotel. Thought I'd leave a review as barely been any in ages. We did notice we were in the minority being Scottish in the hotel with it mainly being other nationalities but this didn't bother us at all minus one day when a woman took offence to our 6 year old splashing her in the pool when he was trying to swim and she stopped and threw lots of water over him this caused quite an uproar from us as he is a kid and it was an accident and she was much more elderly and very rude.
