HVD Club Bor - 24 Hours Ultra All Inclusive

Absolutely fantastic hotel located a few mins from the *****. Hotel: spotless with very friendly staff who couldn't do enough. Cleaners working around the clock. Our room was perfect with mini bar being stocked each day too! Location: a few minutes walk to the ***** but no noise from the ***** at all. Road train literally outside as well as buggy hire and shop outside. Food: incredible food, lots of choice for all. It was constantly being refreshed and replenished. Entertainment: large entertainment team, we didn't engage much but the entertainment program was sufficient We went to the spa in the hotel and had a lovely massage. Everyone is very professional and polite. We already can't wait to come back. If all hotels were like this one, the world would be a much better place!

Could not fault the hotel. The staff were wonderful, the hotel very clean and a excellent choice of food. Added extras: Weekly Al a Carte Meal, mini bar replenished daily and 24/7 bar in the main lobby bar. The beach is a few minutes walk and also Flower Street, the main area if you require nightlife and shops. This is the first time I have been to Bulgaria and already looking at returning next year. A hidden gem. There was only one negative we could find about HVD Club Bor and that was the sunbeds were very close together around the pool area and some people would sit there smoking next to you. The hotel do provide smoking areas and bins to the rear of the sunbeds but not everyone used them. We did not appreciate having someone next to us smoking. We did speak to the manager about this but she said they had recieved complaints from guests that they could not smoke whilst sunbathing so changed the rules this year.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in-ever ! Everything from the room, facilities, such friendly helpful staff, pool, all inclusive food and drink were spot on. Little touches like the constant cleaning so everything was spotless. The 24/7 bar and the room mini bar added to the care taken to make your stay so amazing. The HVD Bor Hotel was so perfect, after only 2 days out of 7, I booked my holiday online at the Bor for 2024 for 14 nights. In my opinion, this is the best hotel in Sunny Beach having visited Bulgaria on 5 previous occasions. Keep the same staff, their friendliness and hard work were exemplary !

Here again for the 3rd time. Club Bor, you never disappoint ! Quite remarkable given the throughput of guests that people remember you. Always a good indicator that there are returning staff as well as returning guests. Cannot fault any aspect of the hotel, location, service or quality. Keep on doing what you are doing.

Very happy with our choice this year - three families with children between 6 months and 9 years old and we were all pleased with the services, kids and adults. Nice food, excellent cleaning services, great pool, 3 min walk to the beach, 1 min away from a thrill seekers park catering all ages. A special thank you to the entertainment team who do a fantastic job! They engage guests in all kind of activities throughout the day and always greet you with a smile! So good with the kids too!

This hotel is an oasis of classy, relaxation amongst the shabby delights of Sunny Beach itself. The hotel is spotless, well maintained and the staff are excellent. Every single one of them is friendly, helpful and very good at their job. They also make the job look effortless which adds to the relaxed atmosphere of the hotel. Compared to other all-inclusive hotels I'd say the food is very good, dinner was always nice in the restaurant and while breakfast and lunch aren't as good, the food served at the poolside cafe more than makes up for it. Bar staff are great, friendly, efficient and can mix a great cocktail. Pool is very clean and large enough for the size of hotel. Gym is better equipped than most hotel facilities and generally quiet. Rooms are well maintained and kept very clean. The free minibar that is restocked every day was a nice surprise. The entertainment staff are lovely with the kids, always a little activity going on, all done in the relaxed manner typical of this hotel (and Bulgaria). Evening entertainment is usual hotel stuff. We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks and were sad to leave - Thanks Club Bor! Just a word on Sunny beach resort - when I first arrived I was pretty shocked - ***** clubs, tattoo shops, everything looked quite tatty, it was a last minute booking and I hadn't done much research on the place. However, if you can get over the way the place looks, its actually pretty good. Looks dodgy but quite laid back and never felt unsafe. Beach is busy but everyone is considerate and friendly. Sand is lovely, sea is surprisingly warm and great for swimming. Local aquapark is great and nearby town of Nessebar is lovely. Local buses are cheap and well run so this is all easily accessible. Sunny beach is not beautiful - sort of looks like a Bulgarian Great Yarmouth but underneath there is plenty to enjoy.

From arrival at 1am everyone in the hotel could not have been more welcoming. Mimi explained everything to us and they had put sandwiches and fruit in the room for us since we’d missed dinner, those sort of little touches were what made this hotel a totally relaxing and lovely experience. We’ve never been anywhere for two weeks with the four children and were slightly nervous about that but with such a lovely restful hotel and great food and drinks and the beach so close we had a fantastic two weeks here. As a vegetarian I sometimes find it difficult to find foods I can eat when on holiday but everything was so clearly labelled in multiple languages it made it really easy to know what I could and couldn’t eat and the food was fantastic, the snack bar were happy to make things without meat for me too. The al a carte evening was lovely too and loads of veggie options. They were great with the kids too. The entertainment team were such a lovely group and fab with us adults and the kids and I really enjoyed getting to know them, there are so many individuals who made our holiday special it would be really hard to name them, but we would definitely come back again - and I am not someone who would usually consider returning to the same place twice. Everything is clean and high quality and everyone works hard to keep on top of it all but they also seem happy and pleasant, Thank you all for a really 5* holiday and for being a great bunch of people in a great hotel.

The location of the hotel is perfect; short walk to the beach, and to Flower Street. Hotel staff is wonderful, they are doing everything to make your stay wonderful. Rooms: well kept, nice to have a rain shower. Unfortunately the air conditioning is topped at max 24 degrees, which is warm to sleep in. When you cloud the door from the balcony, you don’t hear any noise anymore from the streets. Food and drinks: nothing wrong with it, comprehensive menu. Nice to have the possibility to go to the Italian restaurant once per stay. Pool: good to have the possibility to use pool towels. Area around the pool can be slippery when wet, but staff is working hard to keep the area clean and safe. Negative is the reservation of the sun beds. People claim beds for hours without showing up. And smoking on the beds and thus burning holes in the beds. Staff should act against these two things. The animation team keeps you and your children busy all day long if you want to.

It was my daughter's first holiday by the sea and she will never forget it. The hotel is really beautiful, the rooms are very nice and always clean. Every day you will be served refreshments in your room. All day entertainment for children is great, our daughter didn't want to come back at all and said it was the best vacation she had. The other entertainment for adults is also great, thanks to the people who work there, they are amazing. The food is great, there is so much to choose from all day and the staff are always smiling at you and asking if you want anything. But what I love most is the view of the beautiful garden full of trees with a swimming pool. As we got used to the hotel program, we didn't even want to go to the sea :-) CZ: Byla to první dovolená mé dcery u moře a nikdy na ni nezapomene. Hotel je opravdu krásný, pokoje moc hezké a vždy čisté. Každý den vám doplní občerstvení na pokoji. Celodenní zábava pro děti je skvělá naše dcera se vůbec nechtěla vracet a říkala že to byla nejlepší dovolená kterou měla. Ostatní zábava pro dospělé je taky skvělá a to díky lidem co tam pracují jsou totiž úžasní. Jídlo skvělé je tam toho tolik co vybrat po celý den a personál se na vás stále směje a ptá se jestli něco nechcete. Nejvíc ale miluji ten výhled na krásnou zahradu plnou stromů s bazénem. Jak jsme se sžili s hotelovém programem ani se nám nechtělo k moři :-)
