마리너스 스위츠(Mariner's Suites)

Lovely stay at this hotel, nice distance back from the front which is busy which means a lovely night sleep, but in walking distance of it all for your to enjoy it. There are two 24 hour shops across the road either side of the hotel, which means if you are on a late flight coming in you can get water and snacks. The rooms themselves are very spacious and were spotless clean, and had everything we needed. The breakfast filled you up, and there was plenty of choice, just not a lot of seating.

Spotlessly clean The cleaners work hard but always smiling All the other staff very friendly and happy to help with any questions The young lady on the bar was lovely The hotel is family run which leads to a personnel touch Less than ten minutes walk to the lively ***** and beach but the mariner is located in a quiet street without the noise during the evening

The Mariners Hotel was just as described. The staff are lovely especially the young girl on reception, the cleaning is superb. Breakfast more than adequate. It is close to the main ***** but in a quiet area so sleeping was great. The beds were extremely comfortable. The apartment was very spacious, maybe in need of an update but of course then the price would probably increase. We are hoping to return again in September 2024 to the Mariners Hotel as it has absolutely everything we need.

A great hotel in quiet location .but close to the beach and nearby restaurants bars and waterpark .staff very friendly and cheerfully. Rooms cleaned daily. Free aircon and TV. A special thank you to the young girl that works so hard from breakfast to running bar. She made our holiday special .always cheerfully and chatty . Thank you very much mark and Lisa.

Great hotel for money we paid travelled with hubby and mum and dad room really big large living room,fridge,kettle and safe good shower large bedroom air con really good also very clean pool area small but some days it was like have a private pool had only us there now the negatives now we found breakfast rubbish juice was watered down coffee weird tasting and the food just horrible but that just our opinion also pool bar expensive cheaper bars on door step staff very snappy and rude especially that young lady behind the bar Now Bulgaria is fantastic love it highly nessebar had a fantastic time only thing we found was some Bulgarian's are rude maybe it was us or maybe just the way they are in general also last thing to be wary of you have to pay to use the toilet on front anything from 1 to 3 lev did not know this and a lady went mad at my mum was pretty funny and everybody pays they would not even let a small child use it for free we would definitely return to Bulgaria and to this hotel cause it was a good base and clean

What a shame, the rooms are spacious and more than sufficient ...little appartments to be precise. The pool bar menu is way over priced and to be honest the hotel owners really are missing a trick as if they priced thier menu in line with other nearby places they really could be makimg a killing and would be busy all day long. Onto the next point....the staff really do seem angry and rude to almost everyone ....no reason that I could see and to be honest an explanation would go miles to explain why.....the breakfast is always cold no matter when you catch it even when it comes straight out of the kitchen....if you raise the point the staff snap at you....the pool area is clean and well maintained but as previously stated the bar prices mean that many go off to the beach.....the loaction isnt too bad as its far enough away from the madness of Flower Street that you can sleep OK but its a fair slog to the *****.....plenty of places to eat and drink close by though again if the hotel adjusted thier own peices they could have a thriving and busy bar.....would I come here again...as a base yes its clean and well maintained but would I feel like I was leaving friends when I left...deffinately not

We chosed this hotel based on reviews and it was huge mistake.First sign of something wrong during check in the young gentleman on reception..we introduced ourselves with my wife but he did not say welcome or good morning but he said ,,if you want to use safety box it will be 35 leva"!!!Woow..amazing welcome. Room spacious and nothing else...let's see the pure facts. Air conditioning useless as make terrible noise.Also the aircon unit was hanging on a single wire in the room.Bathroom smell of sewage at all times..it is very annoying after few days. Shower leak and during shower there is flood in the bathroom.Hair dryer very old the handle get very hot...useless and dangerous.We used it once because of this. Fridge is very small no more than two bottles fit inside.Balcony railing is very dangerous as it is torn off the wall. There is kettle but very dirty full of limescale we had some sugar and two tea bags on first day but was not refill after we used them.Cleaning of the room was non exist as we have seen that that was just some floor wipe...Breskfast bottom of the basic..juice is not drinkable.Coffe is rather just warm milk. Do not bother yourself to say good morning to the lady who is working in the restaurant...she never answered to our good morning. Swimming pool look OK but we prefer beach so nothing to much we can say about. Beach is 900 meters from the hotel and is not 200 meters as you can read in some reviews.It was very strange filling that the staff never acknowledge the guest or welcome them...never say good morning or just a simple hi.The could not care less about you.

Nice family run hotel. Rooms huge with living room, bedroom, big balcony and bathroom. Rooms cleaned everyday with fresh towels provided daily. Pool is very quiet and we had it to ourselves for 2 weeks and plenty sun beds. Hotel is situated in the quiet part of Sunny Beach bit is surrounded by lovely bars and restaurants and I would recommend Pub Lira and Friends nearby for food and drinks. Girl behind the bar in the hotel was an absolute gem and looked after us very well and in particular sorted out my food to cater for my Celiac disease, providing advice on gluten free options. Personal touch was extended when one of our transfers turned up very late and they offered to take some of our party to the airport. Only downside was the breakfast was very basic but perfectly edible. I would recommend this hotel in particular for couples looking for a holiday in the quiet part of the resort.
