Hotel & Spa Diamant Residence - All Inclusive

We are staying in Diamant Residence at the moment. I can describe with one word - Gourgeous!It's very posh, rooms are spotless, staff is very professional and helpful. The restaurant is awesome with lots of choices of meat, pasta, salad, a food suitable for people who likes vegetarian and vegan food. We are with a very small baby, his bed is absolutely fantastic. Diamant residence is like little paradise in Sunny Beach. Maybe is one of the best hotels I've visited.

Cons: Although food was pretty good for a buffet, desert options were rather lame (but fruits were really fresh). If you want to drink water in your room, you have to buy it yourself (not allowed to fill our own water bottle in restaurant/snack bar). Gym was okay but rather poor for a 4-star hotel: a workout is possible, but not super pleasant. The cons were not a deal breaker at all, I just wanted to point them out

It was great hotel on a high standard. The room was very clean, the food was very tasty, the service was great and really friendly. In spa I recommend Hammam offer. It’s near to beautiful beach, supermarkets. Next to hotel is "mini train” to Nesebar. The bar has a few good drinks for example “Diamant” also beer and wine. The snack bar has yummy burgers. The Gym was free. For sure I’ll come back to this amusing place.

Animation great! With the little materials they have they made it a verder nice holiday for us as an family. The animation team was very nice and always took the time to advise explain whatsoever. Thumbs up! Food was the same every time z hygiëne could be better. Snacks were only 2 options if not 3. The room was nice and clean. Staff was nice as well.

Thank you for a very pleasant holiday in your hotel. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is nice and food in the restaurant is absolutely delicious and everyday there are numerous different meals to choose from. Just 5 minutes away from the sea where you can get by a comfortable path. All in all it was a great holiday with absolutely no troubles, thank you! :-)

the hotel does not correspond to 4 *, but it is a hostel. There is a mold in the bathroom. drawers fall apart. The room has a balcony, but it's a mockery. We complained at the reception, but unfortunately without the possibility of changing the room. The air conditioning didn't work as it should. I definitely can't recommend this hotel.

Great hotel staff, clean rooms and surrounding areas. We were very satisfied with the food, an excellent chef who knows his craft. A wonderful team of Animators who take care of children in a children's club. Especially Valeria and Aq, who took care of our daughter even after working hours and because of them she did not want to go home at the end of our stay. We would recommend the hotel to all families with small children.
