unfortunately lake side was booked, but gave the side lake view and the loud music were disturbing

The best hotel in the area.Great location and very good service at reasonable price.everything you need for your vacation at one place.This was my second and I hope not last stay in the hotel.Strongly recommend.

My family stayed for 5 days at this hotel and it was the worst experience. The food was the worst part, it was inedible and disgusting, lunch and dinner you practically could not eat anything - undercooked unseasoned meat, cold wilted sides, disgusting sauces, faded fruit. One other very bad part was the staff - rude and very disrespectful to the guests, shouting at (elderly) women in the restaurant - unacceptable! The pool area is very hard to access and extremely crowded. The elevators don’t have any AC so they are basicallly floating saunas. The beach is wide but the water ia dirty, and you have to pay for the sunbeds (why do you call it Beach hotel if you don’t actually have a private beach?) Maybe the prices are for 4 starts but the quality is for 2 stars. DO not recommend this hotel at all.

Very good hotel, friendly staff. The animation is very entertaining, and the food in the restaurant is various. I would recommend it to my friends with children. The hotel is basically on the beach. It's great .

Just yesterday we returned from vacation at the Hotel Burgas Beach. And I can say that we spent one really wonderful week there. All inclusive at this hotel really has a lot to offer. Breakfast, lunch and dinner in the form of buffets full of excellent food, lots of vegetables and fruits and of course great desserts. The only thing I would point out was that the coffee was relatively weak due to my caffeine addiction. The outdoor pool was probably my favorite place throughout the day (noting that the beach is located directly across the pedestrian crossing from the hotel). Between breakfast and lunch there were offered snacks and after lunch several types of ice cream. There are also two water slides run at certain hours during the day. In the morning, various games with animators, such as darts, were played there. In the afternoon there was water gymnastics or water polo. The animators have always been somewhere nearby full of positive energy, great game ideas and enthusiasm to make clients at the hotel their stay full of fun. They made our days even more pleasant even in the rainy weather in the indoor bar. Where you could also have alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, coffee at any time during the day, and cakes were also offered there after lunch. You should definitely try the Bulgarian shot if you visit this hotel. In my opinion, it was too early to close the indoor bar at 11 pm, because that's when we would probably all want to keep having fun, but whatever. For the rooms I would say that the view from the balcony is worth about from every side of the hotel. The rooms are nice, cozy and always during the breakfast time the cleaners will do their job and have a creative time with the art of folding towels. I think that could be all for this amazing vacation on the Sunny Beach. I would recommend anyone who reads this to come and visit this hotel, because if I ever plan to visit Bulgaria again, the Burgas Beach Hotel is a definitive choice for me. The beaches are beautiful. We went 19-30th September & everywhere was closing down for winter. The hotel is advertising entertainment but all that was available some bloke in a beany hat put the some music on from his laptop & just hung around the place & it was the same music that was played all day at the pool. The food got less & less as we headed into the 2nd week with mainly just pork on the menu. Even the coffee machines around the pool bar were cleaned out & shutdown on the Thursday when people were still in the hotel &. Using the pool services till Sunday. No sauces or any juice in the machines either. I think it is unfair that people have paid for full all inclusive services then not receive them especially when other hotels nearby had entertainment acts on right to the end of September. The hotel itself was clean & towels changed everyday. This hotel does not house or cater for English. The resort Sunny Beach is a bit of a dump, the pavements are all smashed up & very uneven so if you have mobilty issues or in a wheelchair then it's not for you. Lots of derelict buildings & ****s growing. The central area is shop after shop of selling fake goods & night time is just like Blackpool. Live acts & pubs are open 24/7 & only start at 11pm so be aware if youre booking a hotel near the centre. Sunny Beach may have been good about 20 years ago but they've haven't done anything with the resort since. Nessebar is good to look around a lovely traditional village with some nice restaurants which we ended going to 4 times just for something/ where to go. This hotel & resort was meant to be 4/5 star but it's just about a 3.

While our friends and neighbours in Ukraine struggle to resist an unfair and drastic war, the rest of Eastern and Central Europe, including people from that part of Ukraine which is not involved in battles, discover the beauty and the advantages of a great holiday in Sunny Beach, at Burgas Beach hotel. The place is literally on the beach and if you book a front sea room, the view takes your breath away. There are 19 floors, the accomodation starting with the third one (unfortunatelly, you cannot negociate the floor with the young " iron lady" from the Reception's, but it came out OK, everywhere, eventually). I am grateful to the gentleman helping with parking and also giving some tips, to the 4 people of the Animation team - a beautiful red-haired lady worn us out... - and to the many young people working at the kitchen and the two bars, also as waiters, starting with the youngest in spirit, Mr. GEORGE... I appreciate the various types of food - even great for the vegetarians - and the wonderful specific Bulgarian and Greek evenings - with culinary art, rather than usual food... On the other hand, the beach looks great - it is seriously arranged at every two days. You have many opportunities to take arranged trips to Nessebar (the Venice of Balkans, I would say) or to some other resorts or towns, even cheaply buying tickets from the local Bus station - two stops from the hoteI. Though, as a Romanian great patriot, I am a little jeallous of the Bulgarian seaside business, I have to admit they are simply great! I used to come here before and I am happy it is worth to keep on coming, as long as it is peace and health all around... Thank you, Burgas Beach!

Wellcome to Paradise! Больше не чего добавить - мир роскоши и наслаждения, отдых на 5+. Wellcome to Paradise! Рядом в шаговой доступности несколько ресторанов (мне больше понравился Iris), картинг. У отеля большая территория, бассейны, красивое освещение ночью, хорошая анимация, питание. Всё на высоте!

Hotel ogólnie super, lokalizacja na samej plaży, jedzenie europejskie urozmaicone nie ma wielkiego problemu ze stolikami. Hotel zasluguje na swoje 4*. A teraz male minus za windy niby sa cztery ale slabo dzialajace mozna czekac nawet kilkanascie minut w porze posiłków, jezeli mieszkasz na wyzszych pietrach a jest ich 19 to problem. Kolejny minus to stoliki i krzesła przy nasenach na animacjach nie ma gdzie usiąść bo jest zaledwie kilka. To te dwa minusy ale ogolne wrażenie super jestem drugi raz i wrócę.
