호텔 벨레빌(Hotel BelleVille)

Although the the hotel isn’t the greatest standard it was passable for the money. Our room itself was also acceptable. Our coffee making facilities consisted of a kettle… no cups, no spoons and no coffee!: I had to ask and even then it was just a mug!! The main topic of conversation with the other guests was food: I soon found out why😕. The food offered was laughable, if you like egg’s you are okay if you like them cold. Every morning it was déjà vu🤷‍♂️ Dinner apart from 2 nights consisted of let’s go out to eat. Room cleaning was great…well they emptied the bin that’s all. The bar was the best thing about the place. Would I go back?? Erm no thanks

First of all the staff were very rude. On arrival we were waiting for the receptionist for half an hour. After we got the room i mentioned to them that the door lock does not work, the ansver: "we are busy, if you don't like it go to another hotel". Well that is the kind of behaving that you no not expect for your money. The whole property(room, hall, dining area, pool) is old and low quality. The food was okay, but almost the same every day. By the way we made this reservation with free parking incuding, of course the did not provide us free parking space , in the end we had ti pay for it. I do not recomend if you want a nice holiday!!!

The food at this hotel was pretty grim and very few choices for breakfast or dinner. If you like eggs for breakfast you will be OK. Staff not particularly engaging or helpful. Rooms ok but they will only do a three day rota on the towel change. We had a fourteen day holiday and on what would have been our fourteenth dinner, we were told we would have to pay. I would not visit again if it was free.

Hotel apparently 3*. I would argue that. Linen should be changed twice weekly-never happened. Kettle in room, no cuos, spoons or coffee etc. Had to buy own. Mini fridge in room though. Clean and presentable although looking a little tired. Staff OK. Food-diabolical, never saw a vegetable all week, breakfasts (eggs) fried, scrambled, eggy bread, beans & tomatoes. One day smoky sausage...all only luke warm. Dinners, watery powdered soup, one night was fish fingers, rice, pot croquets and chicken schnitzel..all cold. We ended up eating out after giving it another few nights, but it was disgusting.

Hotel spotless..the food is disgusting.here now and they shut Friday so choice yuk.i don't expect English food but expect food to be presentable..even soup watered down.never again..Good if you want to lose weight.shame cos staff nice.

Worst place to stay. I have an intolerance with eggs and every morning for 10 days it was fried eggs, scrambled eggs and eggie bread. I had toast for 10 days. The evening meal was disgusting every night. Manager and staff are not happy people. Nice situated quiet part. But food let’s hotel down

The waitresses were miserable and inexperienced kids from school I think.The waiters weren't much better the food was terrible just about everything about the hotel was terrible.Struggled to pay with cash

Stayed here for one week ,never again ,on arrival the key to room woudnt open the door ,young lady changed the key. then no plug in the sink had to go and ask for one ,the lady brought one up which didn't fit it was too big we had to just balance it on so my . husband could shave ,breakfast was a joke ,hard fried egg s ,beans ,tinned sausagesno bacon,only cereal was corn flakes or Coco pops,or toast and jam.never again .

When I first got here with my partner I was pretty ok and satisfied with the food. But unfortunately that didn't last long. I went to get breakfast at 9:45 for me and my partner. I was about to leave with my partner breakfast. They told me I can't take it up because breakfast just finish at 10:00. I was appalled by that nonsense cause I paid for this service and my partner ain't able to eat her breakfast because it ended. On top of the military service they give sergeant attitude. Sooooo rude (except for the maid) she was super nice and helpful). They got your money and nothing else matters. Customer service don't exist. You got to buy water from the tap as well. Final conclusion: I'll never give them my money again as they don't understand the value of customers to even make an exception.
