Hotel Marvel All Inclusive - Fully Renovated Free Beach Access

It use to be a nice hotel 3 or 4 years ago I thought it got better the food everything but went in September not very good the food everything, rude staff I wouldn't go there again,, avoid at cost there's plenty more hotels in sunny beach, I would recommend that hotel a few years ago I wouldn't now I would say go elsewhere,

Spend a week in end of september. Hotel is spottless clean , renowated recently, stunning reception lounge dinning areas, clean outside areas pool and surroundings areas.good food , fresh vegs , fruits. Wrong english translation of some dishes🤣. Room -good size , cleaned daily, firm matresses.carpet have seen better times🙂.Very friendly staff , Excellent guy in reception ( forgot his name) . Very rude lady in restaurant ( i think supervisor) looks like she think that customers are there for her, really bad experience.🤮. Rest of staff very friendly, helpful and hardworking people. Bit lack of english but isnt a big problem. Overall - excellent place for rest and fun- Will go there again next year 100%

This hotel was so nice , from the moment we checked in we were So impressed, the lobby area and restaurant are first class & hats off to Nasko , the front office manager who was so kind , friendly and professional always 👏

Hotel was lovely on arrival room was a sea view for a little extra charge staff I thought were really miserable especially the pool staff cleaners were a credit to the hotel food was always cold and the pool was Baltic so I don’t think the hotel should be a 4 star but loved Bulgaria

The last time I stayed at was with my family in 2017 and we had a great time. This time I was traveling with friends and it was just as good as I remember. The renovation of the lobby and the restaurants was a pleasant surprise. We were accommodated in rooms on the 6th floor with an amazing view. The rooms were cleaned regularly and we aways had fresh towels. The food was diverse especially the breakfast. This year Marvel had a private beach but we preferred to stay at the pool. Thank you Marvel team I would choose the hotel again.

Lovely hotel, big clean rooms. Wide variety of food daily. Beautiful pool area and one of the best beaches I have been to! Would recommend and will definitely return. Very central location with lots of things to do and see!

Came on the 11th September - 18th September 2023 ! Came with family got hotel early hours and was greeted at reception and was told our rooms and we had a little pack lunch in our rooms what was very kind ! Our rooms was clean and tidy and spacious! The hotel it self was spotless the cleaners do a very good job ! The pool area was lovely and clean ! The restaurant was decent they have loads of choices for breakfast dinner and evening meals ! They also have snacks at 2pm plus ice creams ! I found only the staff in the restaurant was rude and some of the foreign guest as it seems like they don’t like the English very much ! The manager was nice he let us keep our wrist bands on the last day as we had a night flight and had leave our rooms at 12 noon ! The only two things i would say that would make this hotel a better stay is that the entertainment was on more as it was none existent! And also if you got a kettle in your room with coffee and tea facilities! Overall I would definitely rate this hotel as a great hotel !

Don’t want to sound to negative but here goes. Arrived late on a Saturday evening travelled with Balkan airlines. Staff on the plane rude and the plane looked to have seen better days but I’m not an aviation expert so I let that one go. Upon arrival hotel looked great but straight away the hotel staff didn’t seem all to welcoming no please no thankyou just demanded our passports. Went to our rooms 604 & 606. Hotel staff reminded us l before going up if our all Inclusive bands fell off or where lost there would be a £20 charge for new ones. On route to the room looked as if every door had been forced open at some point which was a bit worry but managed to see past that. In the room they had kindly left a food bag with a sandwich apple and a bottle of warm water. Never ate the sandwich as the bread was like toast. A quick trip to the supermarket located 10 metres from the hotel which was perfect. Next morning down for breakfast absolutely disgusting undercooked and couldn’t stomach more than a couple of bites. Then put onto the ***** to watch the football. Cheap drinks so couldn’t complain then back to the hotel for the evening meal. Again absolutely disgusting undercooked garbage everything freezing and no way anyone can say the food is even average it’s poor. Had the trots for the next 4 days, all inclusive drinks were not too bad and I didn’t have many complaints pool was also fine and plenty of sunbeds so no issues there. Outside the complex I managed to stomach a kebab from the nearest takeaway and that was at least edible. Shops are decent and there are plenty of good copies Hugo boss polo T-shirts for £12 and to be fair they seems good quality. In sunny beach they rent 3 wheelers out and I’m sure there will have been some serious accidents I’d hate to have my kids there as they wizz up and down at about 20mph if one hit you’d know about it. I was due to come back on Saturday but on the Wednesday night I booked a flight home it was that bad didn’t even fly to my local airport I was that desperate to get out of their. I’d read trhe reviews and just thought it was people moaning but it wasn’t they are bang on. I struggled to find many positive and there isn’t a chance I’d ever come back I’d never take my kids there it just seems a completely different culture over there and I wasn’t keen at all. Went to the ****** there that was decent even ate out at the so called great restaurants but the food was just as bad there Infact it was slightly better than the marvel but I had a steak and I’d hate to guess what animal that meat came from. I’ve never ever left a bad review on trip advisor but I’m advising anyone not to go to the marvel hotel when I checked out early the woman on reception actually demanded my band back and cut it off my arm with scissors I’m not fussy and can eat pretty anything but not in Bulgaria AVOID

Receptionist was good on arrival. Room was spacious (apartment on 5th floor with Seaview.apartment cleaned every day towels changed everyday sheets &bedding changed3 times in 10 days stay.Poor food choices & always cold put mine in microwave to warm up staff in restaurant are rude & not helpful in the least.The main bar staff are not helpful & all they wanted to do was drink shots most of the evening.Cleanliness of the hotel was acceptional. NO KETTLE in room suggest take your own,coffee & teabags. The only staff that were nice were reception,cleaners and matradees in restaurant.
