힐튼 가든 인 선덜랜드 후기

원래 Expidia에서 예약했지만 호스트를 찾을 수 없었고 고객 서비스가 예약을 취소했습니다. 우연히 이 호텔을 예약했고 그날 밤 유일하게 운이 좋았다는 것을 알게 되었습니다. 친절한 직원과 편안한 객실 덕분에 좋은 휴식을 취할 수 있었습니다.

Stayed at this hotel a lot over the years, staff are always great, so friendly and welcoming. I didn’t eat in this occasion but the food is generally nice as well. Only slight bit of negativity would be I feel the bedrooms need a bit of freshening up

Everything was fine except for the service in the restaurant . Very slow and just left us sitting there . Had to go and find someone to get any service. Were left short of a dish and when we made them aware we got what we had ordered but the dish was charged twice on the bill.  Hotel is very modern and very clean , room were of a high standard.

The family room we booked : 1. No air condition 2. TV not function After change the room, our room down graded 1. smaller bathroom 2. smaller room 3. no air condition 4. TV not function .

Would definitely recommend this hotel. We come back to this hotel every time we are in Sunderland. Great to have shops like Tesco and B&M and McDonald’s walking distance. The hotel has free parking.

Bed was not ready completely and had to wait for about 25 mins despite checking very late. When enquired, no satisfactory response was provided

酒店位置對自駕遊來說還算方便，但對非自駕人士入士來說應該不太方便，另外車子需要泊到對面的球場，日頭非常多車子停泊在那裡。 房間內整體整潔，但浴室牆壁就較為差一點，但由於基本上不會接觸，所以感覺還可以。

乾淨衞生大氣，有早餐，門口可以吸煙
