홀리데이 인 선더랜드 - 시티 센터, IHG 호텔 후기

We came up for a two night stay to see our friends the holiday in offers everything we need

Good location, 5 mins walk to train station, metro and city centre shops and restaurants. Rooms slightly basic but very clean and comfortable. Staff pretty friendly. Good option when staying in Sunderland.

This is a lovely Holiday Inn. Very modern and clean, felt like I was at much higher level brand! Polite staff. Comfy bed. The flaw was there was a power cut in the morning. It lasted an hour at least and I couldn’t contact reception (obviously). I was getting ready for an event so didn’t have time to go down and ask what was going on. I know sometimes these things can’t be helped, but I was frustrated that it lasted so long and only came back about 2 minutes before I had to leave.

Great stay. Pleasant reception staff made checking in easy and the room was everything I could ask for. Will stay again.

Best stay and spacious

清潔很好，很乾淨，前台亦很幫手，特意加床給我17歲以下的孩子。大品牌，不會選擇錯的。只是早餐看上去也不好吃的，因此沒有點上。而房間的餐牌上寫住All day menu 不是all day, 係afternoon 。酒店範圍沒有停車的，在附近收費的St. Mary’s car park。附近有McDonald, Primark ，比較安靜的小區

這個價格雖然不貴，不過樓層的服務員一個女白人和一個男黑人負責房間衞生的人態度非常差，被子上有臟印要他們更換一個被子，他們敲門的聲音好像要**一樣的恐怖，眼神也是凶神惡煞的非常非常恐怖，這種人怎麼可以做服務工作？本來要住幾天，幸好先定了一天，第二天放不一個小費馬上離開酒店，避雷避雷！

酒店很乾凈，看着很新，但是停車很不方便需要停到對面馬路的公共停車場，一晚上下來大概是15胖左右。整體居住體驗還不錯…價格優秀，地理位置方便

灑店服務熱情耐心，房間很大，設施齊全，衞生狀況很好，周圍環境安靜，靠近火車站和市中心，是一個不錯的選擇
