The room condition is so bad. No cleanliness. Ac is not working. Heater is not working. Tv is not working. Maintenance of washroom is very poor. Even the water bottle is also separately charged at the time of checkout. I advise not to book the room at this hotel.

Worst hotel ever, they are not even deserving 1000 rs for 1 night stay where they are charging 1999- for 1 night stay.

very dirty room as well as bedsheet, no cover for blanket and pillow covers was fully dirty. Nothing was complimentary even water. food quality was not good.

Just amazing team, with amazing services provided by team. They are very helpfully, fooding facility and delivery food is very speed.

The rooms and ambience is nothing like it's shown in photos, dirty pillows, smelly rooms, leaking washbasins etc. Only thing appreciated is they were patient enough to give us the rooms that are least worst,

There is no Fan/AC/Cooler at Reception. Bathroom door was not getting closed and was in a untidy condition. I found hair in breakfast. When I complained, there was no action.

A bit pricey. Staff here are really good. Good service. Room was a bit old but still over all it was ok. But cleanliness is really good. Good experience

Well cleaned and affordable rooms. The hotel is at a walkable distance from the railway station as well as from bursa chowk.
