房間設施很老舊，但是外部大環境非常美，活動也很好，住店客人不用額外買沖浪樂園的門票，遊客中心可以預訂滑索、鱷魚園、高爾夫…

At arrival I asked for a room that was not located on ground level as the last time at Sun City there was an overwhelming odour of mould. Anyway, my room was on ground level and mould odour still there. No water in room on arrival. No fridge and nothing at all except the bed and tv. Going to the pool I ordered food and drinks, paying with the room card. The poor waiter returned stating that no facility was opened on my room and that we had not even checked in 😡I was assured the account was open. Anyway, we are still here “slumming it” hoping tomorrow will be better.

Cascades remains the worst hotel at Sun City year after year. We didnt physiclly stay there this year because having a kid, it really isnt suitable . So why the bad rating? Simple hospitality, it has none. We went to the greek restaurant Maltos by the swimming pool, spent a fair amount of money. The food was average. My daughter wanted to swim i the pool, the pool watchdog jumped into action and said my daughter (6 years) was not allowed to swim because shes not a guest. Well guess what Maltos I will never eat there and cascades your hospitality ia by far the worst at sun city.

Pros - water park is fab for kids, grounds are lovely Cons - Old property, rude staff (especially at check in - never seen anything like it), took ages to have sofa bed in family room made up, sofa was missing cushions, lights in room didn't work, bath didn't drain, mould in shower

We are regulars at Cascades. The hotel is near any activities we like to attend and restaurants to dine at. Family room is specious. Good soundproofing. Only one exception: rooms above the Luna bar might not suit guests who going to bed 20:00. The noise from the bar's terrace continues till 23:00 or longer on weekend nights. Bedding is excellent. Bathroom has shower and bathtub. Very nice decor. Breakfast restaurant has a dissent variety of choices. Pastries are of a very good quality. The hotel staff and its manager Daniel are so professional and work miles to accommodate your requests. Thank you agin. we will be back!

So if anyone was thinking to visit any of the Sun City Hotels and or Restaurants, avoid at all costs. None of the general areas and or Restaurants have any air-conditioning, unless you appreciate dining at 20h00 in 30 degrees heat. Absolutely pathetic for a resort paying top dollar and receiving sub standard service!

Tired, under occupied and felt a shadow of what it used to be. Bar closed early, restaurant very average and reception staff unhelpful, asking for £80 for a 2 hour check out extension when the hotel was almost empty.

Rooms are well-equipped & very spacious, however decor is dated. House keeping pop.in several times daily to top everything up tidy up shut curtains, turn beds down. Breakfast is plentiful & good quality however restaurant is extremely busy at weekends. Pool Area is lovely however pools are not very clean,sand,leaves & insects in abundance. Free bus service to anywhere in sun city. The staff were all extremely friendly and polite, especially Busi. Would definitely stay again

The facilities are quite dated but the staff were wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Great location for accessing Sun City.
