사웰라 로지(Sawela Lodge)

The experience was exquisite. I have sampled most hotels at the South lake region of Naivasha. Sawela tops them all in customer care, beauty, food and drinks, sanitation, clean spacious toilets and grounds for functions. All my family members were very happy with the overall experience. I would go back a million times. The manager, Mr. Ndungu, is very hospitable, friendly and caring. Keep it up Sawela.

Love Sawela! Been once for work (in a basic room) and once with family (in an upgraded room). Let me tell you, yes, the upgraded rooms were pricey but they were new, super clean, light, airy and lovely. The basic rooms are also very nice, and I actually thought that was what I was booking. Lovely grounds, big airy restaurant with huge buffet, excellent service. Terrific!

We decided to have a girls trip at this gorgeous lodge with my girls which it turned out to be the best being my first time to have a holiday in Naivasha. We had a warm welcome at the reception with some refreshments where we also met Nicole(I believe she's the front office manager), such a jovial woman and helpful at the same time. We were in Suite 1 & 2, the beds were really comfortable and big, the bathroom was big too and best part was that the TV had Netflix (what a bonus☺️) since in the evening after dinner and some drinks we watched some Netflix as we catch-up. The food at the restaurant was mouth watering from breakfast to dinner. In short we loved everything and the staffs were amazing and helpful. Plus another bonus was the kids club and playground they have is really beautiful but too bad we didn't bring kids with us maybe next time we'll do so😊. The gym was good too but we didn't make good use of it 😁but next time I personally will make sure I use it. All in all I'll recommend this lodge to everyone being a solo traveller, family, business or friends you'll enjoy the serenity this beautiful lodge offers. It's a gem and I also loved how green the garden is and the architecture of the restaurant 🥰 Thank you so much for making our holiday memorable we will sure come back either as another girls trip or with families and this time stay longer ☺️ I've tried uploading pictures but it says error.

On arrival we were welcomed warmly and in a timely manner.The meals were awesome and delicious is just an understatement,.Nways I think what I cherish most were the breath taking views,it felt Very therapeutic.lots of games to indulge in and time fly bye quite fast.The rooms were quite spacious and unique as well not forgetting how cosy they were,best experience every.I definitely want to revisit.

We had awesome Experience. The warm smiles, welcoming receptionist ,great ambiance, beautiful spacious rooms with excellent views to the well manicured gardens not to mention their tasteful food,everything was excellent. This was the our second time and we were so amazed that Nicole remembered us and had even placed a specialised welcome note in our rooms.This was awesome and made us feel at home. The staff from all depar**ents are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely recommend SawelaLodges! Surely its Home away from home .Asante Sawela.

When you get to the reception desk you meet a friendly warm reception from one Nicole who welcomes you with a glass of Juice the restaurant staff are warm ready to assist the facility has good ambiance good internet coverage good My favourite bit is variety in food offered natural rich menu The grounds are a beauty to behold and the room service one of the best my best deatination in Naivasha

This venue is a masterpiece. They have amazing staff who are so caring, they have great food, their rooms are so good, the environment is so relaxing and easily accessible. If you really want to be rejuvenated and amazed, I highly recommend Sawela lodges.

The ambiance, tranquility, serenity,and customer service all excellent.friendliness of staff ,care and professionalism is top notch.Specialized welcome notes made us feel special.Nicole was efficient,and professional.She always take care of our booking every time we visit Sawela.Kudos Nicole for being hospitable and going extra mile to make our stay exciting. We Stayed in business deluxe room new rooms and they were super spacious. Cleanliness was excellent and beautiful view to the garden and mt.longonot and distance view of lake. Restaurant service was good and food was of variety and delicious. Staff were very friendly and caring. There are plenty of activities too to enjoy and we loved every bit of our stay. Thank you Sawela ,keep doing it .

We had a great experience at the lodge .We were handled very well with the manager George and his team. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They are available to assist incase you need anything. The Food was delicious and the service was excellent. We had a very good time and enjoyed our stay at the lodge .
