房間乾淨衞生都可以的，唯一就是房子太破舊啦

My husband and I are currently in between residences and we stayed at a few different hotels before landing here and I wish we had just came here from the beginning! Considering it's an extended stay, it's not out of the ordinary that we'd be here for more than a few days and it's the first hotel that treated us as welcome to do so! For the price, it's great. It's a huge hotel so not everyone's in your business, BUT the hotel staff has surprised me by remembering me some easily. It's quiet for the most part and although a bit, um, lived in.. It's very clean. The kitchenettess have granite counters and in the two weeks that I've been here, I've never seen anything other than acceptable cleanliness. There's not really a breakfast but they put out coffee and granola bars and oatmeal in the mornings which is just fine by me. Only kinda bummer thing is you have to pay if you want DECENT wifi. The free wifi can't handle my roku. But.. Good area, good hotel!

This was the worst room I've ever seen. I checked out as soon as I saw the conditions of the room. It should NOT be offered as an option period. It was a complete eyesore. There were stains on the couch, the chair was in a horrible condition and looked like it was picked up from goodwill. The fridge was rusty and looked like it was picked up from an abandoned property. When I spoke with front desk and demanded another room, they had none. It was literally the last room available, which should never be offered to anyone. They had two elevators, so finding the rooms and coming down to the reception area was like going through a maze. The front desk lady was understanding and she refunded my money right away. Great location, but did not live up to expectation. They also offered no breakfast. Come on folks! You can't keep charging high rates and offer nothing in return. I'd skip this hotel if I were you!

Toilet didn’t work, sinks broken and mouse droppings inside the pull out mattress. Would never stay here. The front desk had one employee who was great but only her working and she did her best to accommodate us but the hotel itself if horrible

The worst experience of my life. Rooms were dirty and smell really bad. We were really tired after a long drive to reach then left early in the morning. Although we had booking for two days

First of all a train passed every 30 minutes seem like, the hallway carpet smelled horrible only one wash cloth no coffee pot or coffee made in the lobby. All night I felt like something was biting me.

Front desk staff rude, argumentative. Rooms are terrible! Dirty, old, worn down. Mirror is BEHIND TV- completely blocking, unable to use. Holes and dents in the walls, bathroom and basically everywhere. Strong odor of bug or roach spray through whole hotel. Uber driver says its known as a place for " working girls" and to be careful.

When we pulled up there was an ambulance and a fire truck and a man's unconscious body was being pulled out. It was late enough in the evening i didnt want to find another place after flying in from Denver. A member of the staff commented on my body asking "If they could have some of my hips." The TV didnt work. The pool was disgusting. There was mold growing on the water and up the sides. Most of the front desk staff didnt even greet us or divert their attention from there phones when we walked by. It was my son's birthday so we were busy with activities which is why i just stayed. We were hardly there. I watched movies on my phone and went to sleep. I would not stay again or recommend it to anyone. I cleaned my room because it gave me the vibe that they would charge me if i didnt. Zero out of whatever amount of stars.
