The hotel was good. Looking forward to next stay.

The desk clerk was polite. We checked in. We booked a room with 2 double bands, but they only gave us one washcloth and would never received a second one. There was a lot of debris and construction around. You had to park in a dark parking lot in the entry doors. That should require your key card to enter, didn't. The air conditioning was very loud, almost drowning out the TV. We looked at the breakfast and decided against it. It's a very old and rundown premises. Can't say I would ever recommend a return

Nice hotel comfortable and clean nice beds good customer service people in the front counter very nice people help all the time and the best part the hotel is a pet friendly

Group of people, listening music at the pool by one o’clock in the morning! And extremely old MOTEL

The room smelled like feces. it appeared very unsafe with men sitting on the sidewalks outside of rooms smoking and lingering. We left without refund because it was to late of a notice. Very inconvenient event as my husband was in the hospital at UVA haymarket and we lived an hour and a half away. Had to find a new room at 8 oclock at night.

Not so good...would of been nice to be informed of the motorcycle convention here taking over the courtyard...music blasting after 12:00 AM. Don't think I will be back. Horrible night sleep for a one night stay.

We got to the hotel shortly after midnight, after a long travel day. Upon driving to the rear of the hotel we noticed that there was about a half dozen people that were arguing outside, they appeared to be homeless and not guests of the hotel. Once getting to the room it got worse. When our laid down on the bed roughly 15 large bugs came running out from behind the pillow. After dealing with the initial shock we noticed live and dead bugs littered around the room. We packed up and left immediately. When I had spoke to manager at the front desk he seem un-phased and was like oh well. I asked for a refund and he told me that I needed to contact *******. The ******* representative was amazing and was able to resolve this in a matter of moments.

Very nice courtyard and well kept. It was in process of renovating which didn’t bother anyone. The only thing was that some people had tents up and very loud music playing until midnight which was a bit annoying at that time of night.
