This place is an AirBNB and not a hotel. This is a typical American home. The wi-if was down for 2 whole days and we were not even notified until we said something. Inventory: Make sure to take pictures of everything in the house prior to staying here. we noticed a cracked glass during inspection and they charged us for a whole set. We were not even aware that the glass had been broken prior to our stay. We just stayed there assuming everything was okay and was surprised that there was something wrong. We were informed that the caretakers already inspected it w/ out even talking to them prior to charging us for the set. I will not stay here again and would consider other places in the future. Renter beware. I would think twice before renting this house.

Our home away from home in Subic! :) All staff are welcoming and very helpful. Our 2nd time this year 2024 and enjoyed every stay. The place and the community is very serene and peaceful. Accessible to the places we like to visit within Subic. This is definitely a place I will go back to when we plan couple of days in Subic again :)

Lack of counters, shelves in the bathroom. The unit we stayed in, in the master's T&B, we even asked for a monobloc char to put our clothes. The exhaust should be working because, the toilet is way inside the closet and toilet and bath, hence, the funny smell will get through the clothes, clean tissue and everything. One of the bedrooms, has an overused bed, it needed changing...

Clean and functional facilities. Aircondtioners were noisy. Wifi good. Kitchenware and cookware sufficient. Could provide more amenities eg toothbrush and toothpaste. TV working but I had to replace batteries of remote. Practical and comfortable house with nice kiddie pool. A bit far from the center of Freeport.

Newly renovated. Suggested to put charcoal in the house to dispel the smell of paint. Ate is very nice to bring charcoal and spray lysol. Need hooks for wet clothes, towels n swimsuits. Very clean. Hope you can email offer soon. Thank you.

The place should be friendly to seniors and pwd. Pls put soap holder on shower rooms though you provide soap and shampoo but there are others still use their own. And nothing to accomodate them to place inside the shower room.

Very accommodating staff. House is old from the outside but well maintained and restored inside. It is clean and bigger than I expected. Price is budget friendly especially for group/big family. We’ve just got everything we need. Location is ideal for those who have agendas within Freeport zone. Overall its highly recommended.

Consistent quality of service. Accommodations are clean and comfortable, the staff is good to deal with. They are constantly improving since we first stayed there. I will always keep on patronizing the Villas.

The place is nice and comfy. The cooking pans are worn out. We cooked carbona sauce using their templon pan but unfortunately the templon coating was removed and mixed with the sauce it turned out the we can't eat the sauce. Please check your cookwares too and replace them when needed. Thank you
