Our first room had a chirping smoke detector, so we moved to another room with the same configuration. We had a reservation for a two-Queen bed suite for three people. The two queens were in a space apparently designed for a King bed. One was pushed against a wall so a second person would have to crawl over the first to get out. The other bed was pushed against the air conditioner. If you sat on the corner of the bed you went to the floor, the box spring was off the frame because, presumably, housekeeping had to drag the beds out to make them. This is a bonehead layout and beneath the standards of any hotel. The room smelled wet and musty, wallpaper peeling away around the tub with a ***** of quarter round nailed up to keep it in place. The lady at the front desk was very helpful with the things she could control, but this is a tired hotel in need of some care. We won't return.

The people here are so nice and helpful. Everything is clean and well-cared for. It is in such a great part of town, and I felt safe the entire trip as a woman traveling alone. The TV is not a smart tv, so bring your Roku stick or fire tv. We got one right up the street for $15. This trip was meant to be a stay in the room and relax with my son on a break from boarding school. It was perfect!

Smells like urine. Stains everywhere. Visible water leaks in ceiling. Wish I would have stayed at a motel. I believe only one employee was working. Most likely mold in the shower ceiling and walls. Thankful I’m only here for one night. Garbage.

We wanted to take a moment to enjoy life and we did at the right time and place. During our stay one of family members was enabled and had to lay down. At that time everything was ready and waiting. All was well. The staff put is on the ground level for easy and quick access. Thanks again.

This was a great example of a hotel in this market segment. We’re a family of four needing sleeping accommodation for five with breakfast which is just what we received. The welcome was graceful and charming; the room was spacious and clean with two queen beds and a sleep-sofa. The bathroom was clean and well-provisioned. We all slept well in comfortable beds. Breakfast was a little disappointing - the biscuits were cold and hard and the gravy tasted a bit odd. Overall, though, what we expected.

We were greeted and checked in by a nice young man at the desk. Initially, the key cards did not work, but after he tweaked them, they did. The toilet in the room was stopped up, but the nice young man working the desk that evening did fix it. We appreciated that. However, all the soaps, shampoo, and conditioner on the wall needed to be refilled. The bathroom exhaust fan ran constantly as did the HVAC unit even when set to auto. The elevator was a bit creepy. The room itself and king sizze bed were great. But the facility is showing its age. It could up its game.

Frequent visitor to BW and BW plus. This location shouldn’t be rated as a plus. It lacks basic maintenance and the breakfast isn’t anything special.

Housekeeping finds it appropriate to knock on doors and yell at people to leave, then continue to argue through the door when told that the front desk has approved a late check out.

First time we try this location but overall was an excellent service experience. The cleanliness, comfortness in the room and smoke free is guaranteed. Is our home away from home. Convenient location close to highways and great breakfast service as you only do.
