Apartment was ideal for our requirements. Perfectly located and clean and tidy. Highly recommended and would return again. Full facilities including a welcome pack . Shower had an excellent power which is always ideal. Plenty of clean towels supplied.

I regularly work in Manchester, and Quay Apartments are my first stop when looking for a place to stay. The apartments (I’ve stayed in about 5 different ones now) are all well kitted-out, clean, comfy and quiet (as I do love a good night’s sleep!); and there is a gym onsite too. The transport links are great (incl. metrolink right outside), and the wonderful MediaCity is right on the doorstep. Finally, the team are friendly, helpful and really responsive.

Stayed for 2 weeks for work. Definitely a best alternative than hotels. Spacious and clean with tons of facilities (TV, free wifi, fridge, washing machines, fully equipped kitchen). Superb Location, just beside tram station and can enjoy beautiful city and river view from balcony and living area. Would highly recommend it to anyone staying around Salford Quays area.

Unfortunately had a terrible experience and will never stay here again. Firstly arrived and we were given a 2 bedroom apartment but told to only use 1 room - not a problem. The apartment itself was lovely. We later checked out the next day at 11am. At 8pm that evening I remembered I left my jacket in the wardrobe and contacted reception immediately, I was told to call back in the morning so they could speak with the cleaning staff. The following day I contacted reception and they informed me the cleaners hadn’t found my coat, which I was shocked at as I can 100% confirm it was left. I asked the receptionist to check with his cleaners and have a word where he informed me they were in house cleaners and they have never had a problem. After numerous phone calls and extremely poor customer service skills I was informed that there was nothing they could do. I questioned the checks they carried out on the cleaners and requested any CCTV footage was checked, where I was informed all checks are completed off camera and they are not logged - not professional at all. They also tried say that had “given me an upgrade” even though I was told not to use the second bedroom. I was also told “the CCTV will not be checked for the sake of a £20.00 jacket”. I believe this jacket was stolen by the cleaners and was covered up by all memebers of management.

I really loved how safe and comfortable it was. I was here to write an exam and I was travelling alone. But Hamad and Jawad Mede me feel safe and comfortable. I could call on them at any time and they were there to give a helping hand. Thankyou Quay apartment staff.

Excellent apartment good location nice pleasant waterside views good local shops had beautiful walk all around the waterside with plenty of places to choose to eat very enjoyable break would recommend it to friends and family friendly staff

The apartment looked lovely in general however I did notice a few thing which wasn't great like the bathroom spot light which kept flashing, a small blood stain on the blind in the bedroom, noticed some small hairs on the the bathroom floor which I cleaned up before using, a blood stain on the duvet (I messaged the gentleman who greeted me and asked the question if there are spare sheets, he kindly provided me with a new duvet once showing him the stain), no oven mitts. I appreciate not everyone is like me in the sense that they want a home away from home whilst working away but hygiene standards can be better I did buy some Dettol wipes when I visited the local Sainsburys just to wipes ideas down before and after I used anything.

The apartment was spotlessly clean. Dennis who did the meet and greet was extremely helpful. The only thing that i could pick up was that the bathroom did not seem to have an extractor fan but other that that everything was fantastic. The apartment is in a wonderful central area of the quays with the excellent tram service just outside of the door, all in all we had a wonderful time and will most certainly be coming back.

Perfect stopover for a night after visit to Lowry theatre which is within walking distance. Close to tram stop and small local Sainbury's also make it a convenient location. Found it difficult to find on a rainy night so better signage and information about nearest tram stop would have been useful. Also surprised we had to pay £200 against damages which wasn't clear on communications. Otherwise all excellent.
