Our home just had a full renovation completed on 6/15/23. It's a 4 bedroom home with large kitchen. AC upstairs and downstairs. Beautiful ocean view with just a short walk to 4 private beaches. Sits next to a large conservation area to watch birds, deer,and the occasional fox right out of the window. It is located on Lords Point right between Stonington and Mystic.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 25.About events:No events allowed.

Perfect summer hout The property was well maintained and in a beautiful neighborhood. It was close to private beach areas and Rhode Island beaches were nearby. The house had all the amenities that were needed to make a perfect week’s stay. It was excellent.

Wonderful Stay in Stonington We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this rental house. Beautifully remodeled and very well equipped. The owner was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Situated in a lovely neighborhood with just a five minute walk to the waterfront. We would definitely come back here!
