Premier Inn Stoke-On-Trent (Hanley)

Arrived at Stoke hotel to a receptionist who was very informative and friendly Booked my table in the restaurant for breakfast Explained were my room was , which was in a separate building Very clean room with fresh towels and a large comfy bed Great stay would recommend

Arrived just after 2pm after a long trip and thankfully my room was cleaned so managed to check in early. Great, friendly and helpful staff (Aimee) was on hand to help and get directions to where I was going later that evening. Only thing wrong for me was a very loose toilet handle, a flashing spot light in the bathroom near mirror but sometimes went completely out and also only provided with one large towel. That was easily rectified from night staff and lucky I was a few doors away from reception. (room 4).

Stayed one night for business trip. Room was very comfortable and clean. Had a pleasent say. Paid extra for breakfast, which was was very tasty. Only issue I had was free Wi-Fi was inconsistent so difficult to work at times during evening. Breakfast was amazing but didn't realise Veg sausages were available as didnt get chance to see menu so would have been great if there was a board advising this near the hot food. Apart from this breakfast was lovely and had great variety. Would definitely stay here again in future.

Stayed here twice not too long ago and both stays were great. You get a modern and clean room with your standard, very comfortable premier inn bed. Just to note that this location consists of the main building where reception is with rooms above, attached to the brewers-fare resturant. There is also a second building which is just rooms. I was put in the 2nd building both times which didn’t really bother me but could be an issue if you struggle with mobility or have heavy luggage, as you have to walk across to car park to switch between buildings.

We arrived early hoping to get an early check in which wasn’t available the lovely lady Hazel on reception took our mobile number and contacted us an hour later to say there was a room ready , we had a great stay room was lovely clean and quiet the food and drinks on site were good value too. To have a member of staff like Hazel is a true credit to you she went above and beyond to make our stay perfect would definitely recommend

The hotel room was really clean and fresh. The beds were comfy had an excellent nights sleep. The staff are really nice, friendly and helpful. It also has plenty of nice things to do close by. Brilliant stay will recommend to anyone needing an affordable place to stay.

Very pleasing stay, good value, clean, and friendly helpful staff. Lovely restaurant and great meals. Would have preferred to have stayed in the main building however, due to having to go out in the rain to the restaurant for my supper and breakfast

Bedroom had a balloon from previous occupant in the room so poor attention to cleaning. Air vent was filthy. room spelt of sweaty feet. no opening window to assist. Corridor smelt of cigarette smoke, probably from the smokers outside. bed was clean as well as the bathroom.

Stayed here to go to the amazing Waterworld on an overnight trip. Two kids and two adults and we had a lovely stay with food for everyone and cocktails for mummies! Comfy beds and very good value for money.
