버짓 인 & 스위트 스톡턴(Budget Inn and Suites Stockton Yosemite)

I booked for a night stay and when we checked in at 9:PM we had given a room but only to find out that the room is smelly and dirty, nasty place, not ready for new occupants, I went back to the counter and asked for another room, they gave us a new room but its the room they gave us is the same as the previous room. I went back to the counter again and asked them to give us a refund but they say they don't giver refunds. This is a scam! Please don't book in this hotel. You'll regret it. I never get refunded!

There were no towels in my room, the shower curtain was fallen off of the wall and my fiancé had to put it back up, there were hairs everywhere, there was a bloody napkin on the floor, and the soaps were all previously used. The sheets had stains on them, despite the bed being made. There was no screen on the window, the AC was kicking out a lot of dust, and nasty particles. The shower would not maintain a constant temperature, it would drastically change. The floor seems as it had not been swept for the past few visits, and there was pee in the toilet when we got there. The doorframe was broken, and the key card wasn’t working at first. There was a woman who shoved a man out of her car, and they were throwing stuff at eachother and cussing loudly at 3am in front of the lobby. There were additional tweakers we heard outside of the hotel room being loud at 330am, cussing and threatening eachother. Usually I am not this picky, but the room was extremely unsanitary. I did not have time to go and ask for a different room because it was very late at night.

Not every room comes with a fridge. I understand that if you stay for a week they don't clean the rooms as often but they never did even if i asked. Hard to get towels when needed. The area has way to many people there hanging around outside that are not guest.

This has to be, with out any doubts the worst hotel we have ever stayed. The room was dirty, the bathroom had feet marks on the shower, the sheets had stains in it, but the worst of all was the beds where full of bedbugs. Suffice to say that we did not stay the night, as soon as we noticed the bedbugs, we pack our things and left. ******* should remove this place from their website.

I've had some moss understandings with desk people as sometimes happens . I've stayed here off and on for the last month and generally find the staff good , hard working , and fair people . I'm an odd bird , recently shaven clean cut ,good looking , but have beer belly , polite honest and sincere . And always have a smile on my face . And I guess I wore them down . And now I feel completely different and they treat me like family . They are the cheapest rates in town and have the riff raff to deal with day in and day out , so the have to be civil and they are. And honest , hard working , fair and they all have hearts of gold . I will always stay here when I'm in Stockton . I recommend them .

They took a long time to assist me, there was no one at reception, and I had to wait a long time.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! **** This place is filthy and awful and really should not even be listed on ******* as a place to stay. We booked a room and when we got in, my friend's asthma was triggered, the stench smelled unbearable, the carpet was totally dirty, we had to immediately walk out of the room. TOTALLY different that the picture shows. A dark, dirty, gross room. With an incredibly heavy energy both in the room and outside the room and around the building. Shady and Gnarly. In addition, they REFUSED to give us a refund. We walked right back to return the key, and they did not care one bit. We ended up having to pay for a night somewhere else, and I tried following up with ******* but they also couldn't do anything for our refund either. (I would still like to please receive this refund if anyone ever reads this, thanks.) Do yourself a favor and DO NOT book your stay here.

This was the worst place that I have ever stayed at. It reminded me of a third world country cheap motel. The bathroom sink had hair and hair dye in it as if someone was trying to color their hair. There was also someone's sock under the bed. The door frame was destroyed as if someone had tried to break in. The entire room was FILTHY!!!!

Room smelled like smoke was supposed to be a smoke free room. Long hairs found in several places. Could use indoor painting.
