Great service and friendly staff

Super nice hotel at a great location. Restaurant was really good and staff very friendly and service minded. The only critic is two things, the reception was not so friendly up on arrival and during the stay, I came alone with one child and three suitcases, no one asked to help me with the bags to the room, the women in the reception was very nonchalant and even when I ask for the direct to my room she just answered “the elevator is after the corner”. The other thing was the very loud music that was pumping in my room every night, traveling with a child I would like the option to be able to choose the location of the room as it was like a club in our hotelroom. A star to the receptionist that worked when we left 10 December for 04:00 in the morning, arranging breakfast, coffe and helpt me with the bags. She was the cutest. Please choose your staff based on their mannered and not how they look and if the act cool. (Which was the preparation of the other receptionist).

Lovely hotel in the best area of Stockholm. Excellent breakfast and bar/restaurant. Friendly and knowable staff.

Villa Dagmar is an amazing hotel and has everything a visitor to Stockholm needs - excellent staff, incredible food, very comfortable rooms, centrally located and very very walkable. I am so lucky to have found Villa Dagmar and I cannot wait to return. It truly made for an unforgettable first visit to Stockholm.

Nice hotel and generally nice staff with the exception of the evening reception manager, probably the rudest individual I have ever met.

The Villa Dagmar was a lovely stay in a great area of Stockholm. Superb condition throughout, with a lot of attention to detail. We did have a bit of an issue with the temperature in our room, despite running the AC on max cold, it was a consistent + 23’C, and as a result we slept pretty poorly. The staff did give us a fan, but that didn’t help much unfortunately. The room faces the courtyard, hence we were unable to open them for extra air.

I absolutely love Villa Dagmar! I would go as far to say that it is one of my favorite hotels in the world. The staff is so helpful, friendly and patient. Each detail is attended to- the hotel is extremely clean, stylish and comfortable- quiet yet fun when it is supposed to be on weekends. The complimentary breakfast is superb and the spa is delightful. I keep coming back to Stockholm to stay at this lovely establishment/ highly recommend for both singles and families.

Generally a good stay, but maybe better for 1 or 2 night stays in this type of room. Very little storage space in the rooms for hanging clothes. Unnecessarily complicated getting info about the stay - information was spread on tv, app and folder in room. Service at the hotel was a mixed experience. Sometimes very good other times lackluster. Very good breakfast which is worth getting.
