호텔 알도리아(Hotel Fridhem)

Η καθαριότητα του δωματίου γίνεται ανά 4 ημέρες. Οκ αυτή είναι η πολιτική του ξενοδοχείου. Την τέταρτη ημέρα που ήρθε λοιπόν για την καθαριότητα, άφησε τα ποτήρια τα δυο άπλυτα εκεί που τα είχαμε αφήσει εμείς φεύγοντας. Επίσης μύριζε πάρα πολύ η αποχέτευση στο μπάνιο .

Litt begrenset med innsjekkingstid. Rommet ble ikke rengjort til jeg sjekket ut. Spurte om nye håndlær, siden jeg fikk bare en og den ble ikke tørr til neste dusj - men det tok langt tid før noen hentet de til meg. Rommet var litt kaldt og dyna var ganske tynn og fant heller ikke noen steder jeg kunne justere temperatur på rommet. Badet var iskaldt - gulvet ihvertfall. Ingen varmekabler eller noe. Så håndlær ble ikke tørre til neste dusj.. Forkosten var helt ok. Ganske lite utvalg. Men du får noe ihvertfall. Positivt: Rommet var stort og romslig. God seng. Og plass til oppbevaring av sakene. Hotellet er i nærheten av butikker/kjøpesenter så du kan shoppe. Ligger også rett ved siden av t-bane stasjon som du kan bruke til å komme deg rask og enkelt til sentrum.

Since we booked the cheapest option that we could find, my expectations weren't that high to begin with. Several minor inconviniences still dragged the total experience down. My friend group booked two rooms. The other room had broken lights. Both of the rooms didn't have an ac. Even though the weather wasn't especially warm this weekend it was really hot in the rooms. Only 1/3 windows were possible to open to get some ventilation. Being forced to have the window open meant hearing the sounds of the traffic from the street down bellow. After taking a shower the rooms turned into the Amazonas. Puting makeup on our faces was hard since the makeup was dripping of due to the moisture... The elevator broke, and stayed unfixed for the rest of our stay. Luckily there weren't that many floors. The breakfast was average hotel breakfast, had the essentials, nothing special. Plus points for vegan meatballs and sausages. At least the location was good. I don't think that I'm going to stay at this hotel again based on this experience.

This an excellent hotel for the budget traverler. Clean, safe and well maintainded. It was remodel within the last year is it looks and feels new. The staff for the most part was excellent. Only one receptionist was more interested in her phone than helping the guest. The food meets the Swedish standard of cheap. Yet there was enough for the average breakfast and surprisingly vegan meat selections, that is only vegan selections. Small selection and cheap products. Good enough but not great. This is a good place to stay and priced right for what you get. Location, walkability, transportation access are great. A clean modern facility. That means it takes a electronic key card to move around the building.. If a full time desk clerk is important, the hotel will be a problem for you! I would definitely stay there again. I would push for a better breakfast offering but beyond that this place is worth the price.

It is a 3-star hotel, clean and basic. Reception only operates between 8-4 or 8-6 depending on certain days.

Booked Hotel Fridhem for a pre-Christmas weekend with friends: a twin room for 3. Room simple, plenty of space, clean, beds comfortable. Bathroom functional, good shower, no curtain or (glass) wall, so the whole bathroom floor gets wet. Guests complained about breakfast: if you want a super extensive hot breakfast, you're out of luck, but what is offered is fine! The fresh rolls, the Keso, hard-boiled eggs, meat and other (sweet) toppings. The location is very convenient, around the corner from the hotel is the metro. There is also a supermarket below the hotel, and nearby several stores, coffee shops and a department store. The only downside was that the beds were only changed once during our 4-night stay (standard in this hotel), despite the fact that we indicated at reception (several times!) that this should be done daily. Still, I would book this hotel again if the price/quality remains realistic. Otherwise, Stockholm is a great city, from ABBA to Vikings!

The place is amazingly clean and freshly renovated. The staff really went over and beyond to accomodate me before and after my stay. Its 15 min walk from the central station with another station under it. The price was half of what I found with nearby hotels at the last minute. And free breakfast. Honestly, the staff accomodation and modern rooms blew me away. Will definitely stay here again. 5⭐
