오후 6시 직전에 도착했을 때 액세스 코드가 활성화되지 않았습니다. 웹 사이트에 포함되어 있음에도 불구하고 수건은 포함되어 있지 않습니다. 단순히 문제를 해결하는 대신 그들은 응답에서 무시하고 비하했습니다. 수많은 다른 리뷰어들이 이 호스텔에 하위 등급을 부여한 이유가 있습니다. 돈을 아껴도 괜찮을 줄 알았는데 돈을 조금 더 내고 다른 곳을 예약할 가치가 있습니다.

이 호스텔은 매우 훌륭하고 현대적이며 신선합니다. 주방은 깨끗하고 현대적입니다. 매우 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다.

We arrived around 7am and left our backpacks in the luggage room - packed securely in transporter bags and locked with locks (as I read earlier comments regarding the security) and came back around 4pm to check in to our rooms. It was easy! We took a quick shower (rainfall and strong pressure, wow!) and took a nap in the comfortable beds. We didn't expect wow factors, considering the location and being exhausted after trekking in Kunglseden. Beds, private bathrooms and darkness (no windows) were a luxury to us and were really enough! The supermarket opposite was convenient for getting fresh breakfast. The station Odenplan wasn't so far away and was around a lot of cafes and restaurants to visit. We didn't like the atmosphere inside the hostel - some guests (probably those living permanently) gave us an unsafe feeling while using the kitchen and hanging around. We arrived early, and our twin room had a private bathroom, which meant we needed to use a toilet whose door had a keypad. Reception works from late 10am-3pm. We didn't know who to ask for a code, and there was no one to ask. Totally unacceptable. We had to go to the supermarket opposite and pay to use the toilet there.

This hotel is fine for young hardy individuals. The common space is nice. But the room is cramped, beds are hard and unless you rent a towel from the front desk you are out of luck. Check the room before you book and see if it’s to your liking first.

My friend and I stayed in a private room with two single beds and a private bathroom. Our space was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the ease of checking in/out was so convenient—I wish all places just used access codes. The only thing that may detract is that many of the rooms are underground and don’t have windows, but as a couple of jet lagged Americans we actually found this to be beneficial. It is right across the street from a grocery store if you need to pick anything up, the park nearby is lovely, there’s lots of food options nearby, and the closest bus/metro station is about a block away. I loved our stay!

Il y a tellement à dire que je vais rédiger de manière chronologique. Tout à commencer par une arrivée tardive dans l'auberge avec mon amie. Nous avons été orienté vers notre chambre par un panneau d'indication, la réception étant fermée à partir de 15h. Lorsque nous sommes arrivées dans la chambre nous avons été frappée par l'odeur de renfermer qui en émaner. Logique puisque malgré notre réservation d'une chambre AVEC fenêtre, celle ci reste celée. Concernant les commerces de proximités, l'auberge est bien situé. Il y a un magasin en face et le métro à 4 min à pied. De prime abord le lit semble rustique et dur mais nous y avons dormi correctement. En revanche les draps étaient tâchés. En terme de sécurité, la barrière du lit supérieur est inexitante. En réalité tout l'agencement de l'auberge est à revoir. Si vous souhaitez un gain de temps, vous pouvez vous doucher lors de votre passage au toilette vu la proximité des commodités. En revanche il faudra attendre puisqu'il y a une salle de bain et des toilettes (dans la même pièce) pour 2 chambres communes. A partir du deuxième jour nous avions plus l'impression d'avoir réservé une chambre chez l'habitant qu'une auberge de jeunesse. En effet nous avons eu le "plaisir" de partager ce séjour avec un certains nombre de personnes ayant l'air de vivre ici de manière permanente. Étant 2 femmes d'une vingtaine d'années nous n'avons pas été à l'aise avec ses hommes de la soixantaine. Un seul espace commun, la cuisine. La télé est forte et allumée en continue. Si vous cherchez un endroit calme, c'est impossible. Mais le café est gratuit (!) Tout ça aurait pu être supportable si vous n'avions pas eu une surprise sous l'oreiller : des punaises de lit. Visiblement c'est un problème récurent. Merci à la réceptionniste pour sa considération et la compensation qui se doit. Nous sommes parti avant la fin de notre sejour.
