이 호텔에 묵은 것은 이번이 두 번째입니다. 깨끗하고 조용하며 환상적인 수영장이 있습니다. 이 호텔에 머물기로 결정했다면 키웨스트 주변의 제트스키 투어에 참여해야 합니다(이것은 놀라운 경험입니다). 또한, 키웨스트 시내로 가려면 골프 카트를 빌리는 것을 잊지 마세요. 마음에 드실 겁니다. 그 외에도 도시와 멋진 레스토랑, 박물관을 즐겨보세요. 말로리 광장에서 맛있는 아이스크림을 즐기며 일몰을 감상할 시간을 예약하는 것을 잊지 마세요.

최고 수준의 시설, 위생 및 환경

Decent property but poorly run and overpriced. For the dollars you pay, the resort lacked things like a mini bar, working umbrellas (some were broken), towels and water by the pool (both often empty) and a decent fitness room as the one they offer is worse than most hotels. The restaurant struggled to handle the guests and was expensive. Bar closed at 10. No late checkout offered unless you wake up at the crack of dawn the morning of checkout and call. I'd suggest staying elsewhere

My wife and I stayed at this property 5 years ago and it was great. However, the property hasn’t been maintained well and it needs attention. The housekeeping staff needs to do a better job at cleaning when they actually decide to clean the rooms. We had friends from California with us and it wasn’t a great first impression. The property is too expensive for such a lackluster experience. Not sure if we’d ever return for another visit.

Property is awesome and the room and view spectacular l have a coupon issued from a previous visit with no expiration date so tried to use. Front desk person said I could not because reservation was booked on *******. Letter did not indicate coupon could not be honored that way.

My only issue with my stay was the ac was not as cold as it should be. You couldn’t raise the fan or make it colder than 67 and everybody was hot most of the night. Very hard to sleep like that. Everything else was perfect.

absolutely gorgeous property with the best customer service anyone could ever expect. Everything about our stay was superb start to finish. would highly recommend to anybody visiting Key West.

Huge kudos to Kevin the General Manager for accommodating all our needs. And hats off to our Shuttle driver, Kevin, for going above and beyond to ensure we made our 5:00 dinner reservation at Louie’s Backyard, thank you, thank you! We had a great time!

This resort is awesome. Check in was wonderful. The staff was amazing. The suite rooms were wonderful. The view from balconies was cool. The restaurant had delicious breakfast. The location was great. Nice views. Plenty of roosters around.

I liked that we were on a dock and had a view of the boats. The hotel is green and lush. The food was excellant. Dinning room service was the best ever. Friendly and competent staff for sure.

A tropical paradise you will not want to miss! The shuttle service to duval street is wonderfu. The resort is tropical treat! Wonderful service and well appointed rooms. Will come back!

Check in was late, apparently they don’t have enough people to clean all the rooms. The room only had supplies ( bedding, towels, toiletries) for two people. As well as drinking glasses and coffee cups, and blankets and sheets for the pull out sofa. There were three of us.The property is very nice, but kind off out off the way and not somewhere I would have expected. There is a shuttle service to get around. But they only have one restaurant on the property. There are no restaurants with in a couple of miles,
