Came to play in a tennis tournament in Gosling Sports and stayed for 2 nights with my hubby. Great location with just a 5 minute walk to the sports centre. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good for the price, Darren and Sophie were very efficient and made everyone welcome. If you are not in a rush for breakfast, the food gets replenished regularly plus it is a good price compared to nearby restaurants. Overall we had a good stay with no issues. Thank you to Sophie and Darren for doing a great job!

Clean hotel, excellent service. Please have the winter bed covers changed to lighter ones once winter is finished. If not it becomes difficult to sleep. A part from this, great experience and will come back! I hope they foresaw 2 sheets for tonight as discusses this morning, this will allow me to regenerate properly after a (hopefully) quality next nights rest. Thank you Premier Inn and a special thanks to the Junior Manager from India who is delivering an excellent service 🙏👌

I wouldn't use this premier inn again. We have stayed in better and payed less. It is substandard. The staffing is not good. The restaurant is small, cramped and under staffed and menu isnt that great. Only 1 bath and 1 hand towel in the room booked for a couple.. Tea/coffee facilities were lacking, when we went to get more the containers were empty and no staff about to ask.. Best bit was the mattress on the bed.

Our check-in process was good..and our room was ok..clean..extra pillows available ..towels a plenty ..shower room was ok too. We went to the Social room on our 1st night which was not a good experience..service was too slow..drinks on draught caused problems as them flowed too quickly..the room was too congested with furniture..and far too warm.. We ordered food which was nice..but had quite a longish wait for it to be served .. Breakfast next morning was an even worse experience..booked for 8 a.m...so i would say the room was 50% full..but coffee machine was not working ..when sorted then leaked ..the member of staff did the best she could.. Ran out of glasses for juice..ran out of bread ..cooked items were not available all together..witnessed 1 guy stood at the counter for 10 to 15 minutes ..when i approached the hot food..no baked beans..no sausage ..1 fried egg .. Did not enjoy our breakfasts ..so did not use the facility on Sunday ..

I booked this Hotel as a stop over to break up a long trip, there was no sign outside, the nice cream building on the right in the picture is not so in real life, it is closed and looks run down, as does the car park, in fact I was very disappointed with this Hotel, to add insult to injury there was no one on the desk and I had to use those self check in kiosks, which played up. The reception staff were hidden in the office every time i went in and out, the room was in desperate need of a make over, it was cold, there was no bath only a shower. There is no way I will be staying here again, certainly not what I have experienced before with Premier Inn, which is the Hotel chain of my choice, I have stopped at better Travelodge's in the past.

Noisy room next to very, very busy railway line. Kids running up and down corridors till late hours. Evening meal just overpriced, low quality, microwaved stuff that inexplicably takes over 40 minutes to arrive. The table next to mine never got theirs. No proper cooked food. Breakfast a total farce. No sausages, no mushrooms, no bacon. Run out of milk and orange juice!! I stay in premier inns every week. Never agian will i use this place. And to top it all, staff saying "its not my fault"! Well, its certainly not mine....
