루더스 매뉴스(Ludus Magnus Boutique Hotel)

Most disappointing and overpriced hotel experience I have ever had anywhere in the world. It started with very poor sign-posting from the gate entrance to the hotel which is several km away from the gate. The rooms were tiny for a supposed high-end hotel. Breakfast options were limited. The manager was unpleasant and unaccomodating. There are far better places to stay in the Franschhoek area,

My boyfriend and I had such a nice time, the location has an amazing view, the place has a lovely homey vibe and the staff was super nice and friendly :) breakfast was delicious and overall we loved being there!

We came from Botswana for a friend ceremony. I loved the place, all the details and effort that staff put to let people feeling at home. All the employees are women, kindness, attention on details and smiling are impressed on my mind for ever. Thanks to Chef Shandre for the amazing dinner and breakfast, it was also a pleasure to meet this lovely person.

We were hosted by Ludus Magnus for a 2 day executive team conference/ team building and social. The Villas and the Manor house are architectural master pieces. They are even more beautiful in person than what the pictures can relay. The staff were very accommodating and professional, without being too stiff either. A totally wonderful experience of absolute luxury. A must see for all who have the opportunity to do so.

I would like to thank all the staff who are just incredible and very professional. I also met the owner Ilaria who offered me to discover her wonderful domain with passion. I still can't believe everything that's been achieved, the accommodations are just stunning. I came to know this domain thanks to Love Island UK, being a big fan I wanted to spend an incredible time in this place that it made me dream so much on TV, the view with the pool and mountains is even better in reality. I had a perfect time, I recommend that everyone must have an amazing experience just like this one.

I had the chance to stay at the Ludus Magnus during the Bastille Festival weekend with my friends. I appreciated the calm and serenity of this property which differentiates from the a**ostphere of the Franschhoek center. The staff was very professional, Erron is a person very attentive to detail, and gave me a lot of information on the activities in Franschhoek. Special mention for the food which was just amazing, thank you to Shandre the chef, she is very talented. We were running every morning on the field, the accommodation are juste stunning, there is a lot to do inside the property. I definitely recommend Ludus Magnus and we will probably come back with the all family.

Amazing stay at Ludus Magnus My family and I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The service and accommodations were exemplary. The property is stunning and the staff is very attentive. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, we love having breakfast with the view, We recommend this property and look forward to our return.

If you want to be spoiled and be treated like Royalty, this is the place to go, we enjoyed every minute, the food and service is 5 star, and the view is out of this world! A special thanks to Erron and Ashwin

Amazing property. Secured & private. We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa which was perfect for the family. Spacious, clean and well equipped. It has 2 pools. Service and staff was really good. A big thanks to Anine & Eron for making us feel at home & always ready to help. Breakfast 5 star. It was really a home away from home.
