Stayed in a cabin 5 stars. Front desk/24 hour stores...staff 5, inventory 4 but they were remodeling. Pit stop 5 stars, staff was super friendly. Restaurant 5 stars for food and staff. We only had breakfast there, but it was super yummy. Why 3 stars? We ate breakfast at the restaurant, but also took some to go. Unfortunately, we did not get the meat that was supposed to go with the breakfast. We were also charged 2$ for the cheese for our omelet. Originally, I didn't care too much about the cheese charge. After we discovered the missing meat I decided to contact the manager. I guess because we had already checked out, it was not important. We never received a response. Honestly, I'm pretty forgiving. A simple apology would have appeased me. No response makes me feel like they don't care. Which makes me wonder about the quality of everything if I decide to return. Therefore, I'm hesitant to recommend highly. Beautiful and worth the trip.
