우리는 이 호텔 아파트에 있었습니다.우리는 그곳에서 휴가를 즐겼습니다.🤣 좋음 ✔️: 1. 문을 열면 바다가 보입니다.모든 스트레스가 사라집니다. 2. 방에 세일링 팬이 있고, 리모컨으로 속도/강도를 조절할 수 있습니다. 3. 방에 주방 테이블이 있습니다.차와 커피를 위해 물을 끓입니다. 4. 식수는 3M에서 여과합니다. 5. 호텔 방은 깨끗하고, 침대 커버와 베개 커버는 기분 좋은 향이 납니다. 6. 문의 사항이 있으면 매우 빨리 답변해 줍니다. 기술자를 방으로 빨리 보내 주었고 매우 체계적입니다. 7. 호텔 담당자는 영어를 잘합니다. 8. 수영장은 그렇게 크지 않지만 전망은 매우 좋습니다. 9. 수영장에는 무료 타월이 있습니다. 10. 대부분의 직원과 보안 가이드가 친절합니다. 11. 호텔 바로 옆에 편의점이 있어요 🤗 개선 사항 😉: 1. 사람을 물어서 전염시킬 곤충이 있어서 창문을 닫아야 한다는 종이 슬립 트레이가 있어요. 감염된 물림이 생겼을 때 어떻게 해야 하는지 추가하는 게 좋습니다. 2. 무료 하우스키핑을 제공하는 날도 있어요. 하우스키핑이 미리 알리지 않고 방으로 가서 치워줄 거예요. 3. 작은 방을 예약했기 때문에 주방에 조리 도구가 없어요. 컵라면을 끓일 물만 끓일 수 있어요. 4. 전자레인지가 있다면 좋겠어요. 전반적으로 이 호텔 아파트에서 즐거운 여행을 했어요.😂

강력 추천 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 패밀리룸을 예약했는데 방이 매우 좋고 편안합니다. 좋아요❤️ 음식도 맛있고, 카페 옆 수영장에서 아이들이 수영하는 모습도 볼 수 있어요. 우리는 이 호텔에서 주말을 즐겼습니다. 🥳🥳🥳🥳

I had a fantastic stay at Citadines Tanjung Tokong, Penang! The location is excellent, offering convenience and comfort with well-maintained rooms and great amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience throughout my stay. A special highlight was the bakery downstairs, which serves fresh and delicious pastries every day. The aroma of freshly baked goods in the morning was irresistible, and their selection of breads, cakes, and coffee was top-notch. It truly added an extra touch of warmth and indulgence to my stay! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great food options right at your doorstep. Will definitely return!

Appreciate: 1) Customer support WhatsApp replies very quickly and politely :). 2) Many food establishments nearby. Search “claypot restaurant” we ate there 4 days in a row even after shifting away from this hotel. 3) Swimming pool was nice and clean. 4) Antique decorations in the hotel looks amazing. 5) had 2 private carpark lots in the compound, there are parking spots outside of the compound as well, just unsure if it is legal. We were lucky to have at least 1 lot in the hotel during our stay. Can be improved: 1) Hotel has no reception, make sure customers gets their check in details before they arrive the hotel or at least just before 3pm. 2) Wifi speed can be faster. It failed a few times during my 3d2n stay there. The Mrs and I couldn’t even load google maps. Quite frustrating. Had to use my data. 3) Sound proofing maybe? We had a room facing the Main Street and in our room there’s a door that used to be able to open and go to the balcony but it’s blocked by a large wardrobe. This allowed the sound to travel through the door gaps. 4) toilet can be cleaner, check the floor traps and the make sure it’s clean, cleaner left a ball of hair stuck at the floor traps. 5) toilet floor can have anti slip strips. Really slippery. Had to ban my toddler from going into the toilet. 6) too many mosquitoes at the hotel. Fortunately we didn’t have it in our room.

The hotel bed & pillows are so comfortable. The towel also so fluffy like 5 stars hotel. Lacking mirror inside the room, only have one in the bathroom. The ventilator in the toilet doesn’t work so it didn’t get dry & the mirror was always foggy. Overall it was a nice stay. Worth what I paid for. Probably will come again if we decided to explore the city and not stay too long in the hotel.

The place were good at first you enter, well decorated with a hint of traditional Malaysian art. But while I checked in my room, the room floor got some stain plus the toilet floor was sticky. Since we need to take off the shoe at the entrance, yeah not a good feeling.Heater for shower was not functioning well also.

這次在檳城的民宿體驗簡直太棒了！房間非常乾淨整潔，設施齊全，住得特別舒服，像家一樣温馨。尤其要提到房東姐姐，她人真的特別好，不僅熱情，還特別貼心，帶我們去了很多當地好玩的地方，像隱藏的小眾景點，非常特別很好拍！另外，她推薦的餐廳價格划算而且超級好吃，真的體驗到了地道的檳城美食！如果再來檳城，一定還會選擇住這裏，強烈推薦給大家！
