캑터스 비치 호텔 - 올 인클루시브(Cactus Beach Hotel)

A large hotel that spreads out over the territory so much that you can't tell. Comfortable large rooms, balconies. In the dining hall, tables are set according to the size of the group. The choice of food is rich. Cocktails at the bar are "honest" and delicious. Everything is clean and tidy. There are not enough chairs by the children's pool and it is a little uncomfortable for parents to watch their children.

Already upon arrival the receptionists were very unfriendly, not at all welcoming. The food was very poor quality and nit tasty, the soft drinks included in the AI were also very bad. The hotel consists of several buildings and you sometimes need to cross public roads, fore example when going to the kids pool, so not at all safe for kids to rub around. The guests and also the staff were partying very loud and we could not sleep, i had to complain several times.

Hotel area map and all inclusive list photos attached. Large area but very clear and nice routes. Small street between hotel and beach. Renovated family room is very practical. Two separate rooms, one separare shower room as well as separate toilet room, and two sinks and large mirror are outside those rooms. Good food. Small water park. Good enough. Only minus are small pools. Lot of cats but not disturbing. They are mainly living in one place.

Good central location but service was poor. Cleaners walked into our room in the morning without even knocking while we were still in bed. Food was below average

It’s a really nice hotel with really nice and friendly staff! All the people are very polite and helpfully! Especially the staff at the restaurant, sometimes you have to wait to get your place but not too long! Our first room was not that what we’ve expected, it was a room in the 8 area, it was a room without a Balkony, we’ve just had a little window so the room was really dark. We asked for another room which is not so dark as our first, it was no big deal for the receptionist so he gave us a new room card to take a look at room number 828 and it was a really nice room, with a nice Balkony and a hood bathroom, everything was clean. So after the room change it was everything perfect!

this is terrible. The photos are a scam. The photos look nothing like the real life. The rooms are terrible, smaller, the smallest bathroom, sink in the entrance. The roads are terrible, everything here is really bad. My mom was saving for this trip for 6months, this cost us about 4K€. This “resort” looks like for 2K€. Please, if you are looking for a resort in Greece, do not go here. I’m saying this because I do not others to make the same mistake as we did. Now we have to be in this horrible place for 10 days. This resort is a scam.

Very pleasant hotel. Beautiful swimming pools. Very nice beach with quality beach service. Services in connection with the price of the room. Quite international, maybe not Greek enough. Good food in all in.

Good hotel in the area of Cherssonissos, very close to the beach, with plenty of facilities. Prices in line with the rating. Private beach and nice spa. Nice rooms. Good meals, but not much more. Good for a few days.

Me and my family stayed at the hotel for 3 days, now I wish we had booked for longer. Everything was outstanding, from the food, to the activities provided by the hotel and the facilities. With 2 swimming pools and a water park for children, the sea 2 minutes away, it is everything you can ask for in one place. I have to stress how amazing the food was. We were blown away by the quality AND quantity of the buffet. No matter your dietary restrictions, the buffet has such a range of dishes that can satisfy literally anyone. What really stood out to us though is the service provided from the staff. Every single staff member we interacted with was lovely and incredibly accommodating. The housekeepers, the staff at the dining area, as well as the bartenders, everyone made us feel like home. Exceptional people with exceptional hospitality skills. It is a shame I don't have the names of everyone that assisted us so I could thank them personally. To top it all off, the crowning jewl of the hotel would be the spa facilities. It was the most relaxing and stress free vacation we have ever had mainly because of our trip to the spa. Special mention to Despoina, the manager of the Spa who welcomed us so warmly and explained everything we needed to know. And to Katie and Ares, thank you for the wonderful therapy experience, I suspect it will take a long time for us to feel that refreshed and relaxed again. Much appreciation for everyone again who treated us kindly! I hope we can return next year!
