Unfortunately, we were only able to stay 4 nights out of the 7 we had reserved because the hotel was unfit to live in. Mainly, there was no air conditioning and temperatures rose to 43 degrees with humidity. We opened the window but were met with screaming at all hours of the night and construction in the early morning. This meant that we were only able to sleep for a few hours each night. Regarding the condition of the apartment: - It took 10 minutes to open the door each time because the lock is broken - The building has no security and is open 24/7 to anyone in a busy area - The apartment was dusty, showing that it hadn't been sanitized during a pandemic - Pillows were clearly many years old and extremely uncomfortable to sleep on - Shower was near unusable because of lack of water pressure, it was more like a hose - Kitchen was not properly equipped, without even basic utensils like cutting knives. Kettle was dirty. The requirements for a 3-star hotel are not met, especially considering that our bedding and towels were never changed and the TV cables were cut. Cleanliness is one of the worst offenders, especially considering the times we are living in.
