The home is located on a salt-water canal minutes away from the beach, intracoastal, and downtown Saint Augustine. You can bring your own boat or enjoy the kayaks waiting for you on the private floating dock in the backyard! Located just a short 10 minute walk to the beach, a 5 minute walk to the Intracoastal, and downtown Saint Augustine is only 7 miles away!This home sleeps 5 with one Queen bed in the master and two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom.
