For some reason, banging noise in.bathrooms coming from pipes whenever toilets were flushed. Not just in our rooms.

The staff at hotel did not smile and acted weird about giving up towels for pool..Dining staff excellent.. Food average ..

Great hotel! Enjoyed my stay. Quiet and comfortable. I had to leave before 8am and there was no coffee😭 My only complaint!

It's very quiet for the 6 hours of we stayed. Basically, it was a lay over to sleep and it was the cheapest we were traveling to Houghton michigan

The gal that drove my boyfriend and I on the shuttle bus on 11/22/2023, was great! Front desk staff when we left on 11/23/2023 wasn't very nice or in a good mood. Overall, it was a great stay. We'll be back!

Very average. ****** restaurant was way overpriced. The deli is far better. Had very little interaction with staff. They don't do any room refreshening during your stay but you can leave handy door hangers if you need fresh towels and whatnot. Toiletries are not great. Towels are woefully small. Price was ok.

The room was clean and comfortable. The ****** smelled like smoke. Tried to go to the restaurant at 7:10 on Sunday morning sign says they open at 7am no staff there to seat us walked al the way to rear of restaurant and waited approx. 10 minutes. Walked to deli closed. Just trying to find coffee. Saw beverage area went there for coffee. Coffee machine reads not available. Walked away and ran into 2 men one looked to be a manager an voiced our complaint they really could have cared less. We went back to our room and decided to check out. On the way out I decided to loo at the fire extinguisher since I am a Fire Inspector and found that the fire extinguisher were last serviced in February of 2022 which means they are past due for servicing. This is a serious issue and shows that you do not care about your guest. I will never stay with you again or even visit the ******. I am also going to make sure the fire service is aware of the violation.

Room was clean, very nice, up to date. Staff friendly and helpful. Will be staying there again!

Staff at the front desk (when checking in) was rude. Staff in deli was rude, deli was dirty, we weren't able to sit at a table they were all dirty. Food was good. Staff at the front desk (when checking out) was much more friendly. We probably won't give this hotel another chance.
