This property isn't much from the outside, however the rooms are renovated and very nice. Staff is friendly and helpful. Don't let the outside fool you though. It is close to a lot of things to do. Our stay was comfortable and would definitely stay here again.

Everything about the hotel was great, even the price! I’m guessing that’s why some questionable customers were about my only complaint but we understand that the hotel can’t control who books a room. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and polite. If you like to walk, there is plenty to do within walking distance, even St. George street is within a reasonable walking distance.

If you're just looking for a place to sleep and keep your stuff while you're exploring St. Augustine, this place is adequate and affordable. The parking is tight and hard to find at times though, and there's no lobby to speak of. When I've stayed there, I've had minor inconveniences, like the lack of a hair dryer in the room and a broken toilet seat one time. I've stayed there multiple times in spite of that, though, which says something.

We drove up to the property and kept driving. Not a nice area and the condition of the property was awful. We moved on and found a different place to stay. Our money down the drain. VERY DISSAPOONTING

Good for only one night if your passing by. The rate was good, but this is a motel with a face-wash. Strong bleach disinfectant odor when you come in to the room; never dissipated. Walls are too thin and you hear all that people next door do; too noisy. Won’t stay here again.

wfi would not work at all and I needed this for work. Staff was helpful and issued a refund. went across the street and had a great stay. guess you get what you pay for...

Great stay for the price. The lady running the desk was very nice and helpful. Not walking distance to the historic district, but only 2miles away. They have snacks for purchase and the prices are good. Too cold for the pool, but it’s nice, big and clean

It was good say but the couple problems when when I first got there my room wasn't ready they tried to give me another room and I book for the handicap equip room because of my mobility issues I walk with a cane and I told him I need to handcap room because my mobile teach you and they said it going to be 10 more minutes and so that's fine and that this staff is very friendly and all then later on that night the room next to me the gentleman was so scary I was scared for my life I actually went to the front desk and told them about it he kept it on and kept on I was so scared for the staff I didn't go back cuz he threaten the staff when I woke up next morning I told them that the guy was threatening them I really like the best they were really comfortable and saw and all and the room was big enough to be able to get around with my mobility issues without falling I will be back in the future
