Hotel Asian Park

I stayed for 2 nights. Amenities are not as compared to tarif. No proper and sufficient toiletries, slippers and laundry bag. They refused to provide sugar free also. Buffet display counter is very congested and quality as well as varieties both are average. Breakfast was very basic. I can’t recommend it for those who love comfort and taste.

All the facilities in the hotel is nice and beautiful .Different varieties of food were good. thank you so much for being so wonderful and kind .I have been here with my family.great hospitality from Hotel Asian Park special thanks to Mr Tasir.

Pathetic quality in terms of cleanliness and the staff tends to defend themselves in terms of how clean they are. We could not change our hotel because we had paid in advance and we had to put up with dirty towels, pillow covers , leaking and broken washrooms. Overall feel of a very low class place.

Worst service i have ever seen inspite of reminding continuously there is no response towards the room heater .. you said it will automatically start after 7.00 pm but it didn't start and even after complain you didn't response towards this matter

We checked in the hotel as our tour operator suggested this to be one of the finest in Srinagar. We had a suit. Surprisingly we found there was no room heater in the room. Once asked, the hotel staff informed, the heater remains on from 8 to 12 PM. That's it. it was a cold evening and we were waiting the heater to be on. It certainly ran for those hours and then it went off. After 2 hours, the room started freezing. The outside temperatures was probably minus and so was the room. There was a bed heater but the room was too cold. In the morning once I complained, the reception people did not even bother to investigate. There was zero wifi. Once asked, the arrogant reception guy answered, 'your iphone has a problem probably". My wife felt sick during that terrible night and I have brought her home as sick. The ***agement is rubbish and the hotel staffs are oversmart. even the dinner at first night was extremely poor. This hotel needs serious rectification.

The property is too good and all the staff members are very polite.The front office staff is very humble especially Arif and also Mr Junaid Bazaz.the food was good and tasty and the staff of the restaurant was very good and their services was quick

Wonderful stay here , staff always on toes to take care of guests.. Rooms are decent & spacious with all amenities . We ordered local kashmiri cuisine & it was awesome !! . Centrally located in Srinagar. Breakfast spread was limited and can be improved with more options. Value for money as per the tariff.

The hotel service is superb..All the things rooms and food is excellent. Mr junaid bazaz and Abid from front office is so supportive and Cooperative. They treat like a family to our group .Facilities of the hotel is good .Hotel is at prime location where you have access to market and all the attractive places

First of all I will like to thank the restaurant stuffs.They are really sweet,warm and friendly. But the toilets specially the commodes looks like they're not cleaned when we got the room. The pillow cases do not get changed if you not request it. Last day when are supposed t ao check out they said mineral water are chargeable.Both me and my husband is not well,I told them that too.Horrible hospitality.We will never recommend this hotel to any friends or colleagues.
