I am highly recommend this, best boat house which I stayed.the persons here were very kind and helps us too much which make us too safe and comfortable.and the food which I ate here is homemade, healthy and delicious. I can tell more and more but I want to tell the person who arranged our travel Adnan was very kind and hardworker. The driver who driveded with us was too helpful and cared me so much and guided us what to do next. When you come here visit and stay here too comfortable.

Akbar Group Of Heritage Houseboats was very beautiful right from the entrance to the dining room and towards our individual rooms. As an architect I fell in love with the intricate details of the wooden carving in each and every corner of the heritage houseboats. The Staff here was very cooperative and kind. And the hygiene of the boat is well maintained. Zahoor & Naseer was heritage houseboats here with his for all time assistance. Excellent service by the team group and the awesome location of Nigeen lake .. Everyone should to visit once in life to Kashmir and stay at Akbar Group Of Heritage Houseboats.. The Host Mr. Adnan, he always do best to make guests happy and Satisfied ... Looking forward to visit this beautiful place again!!!! Cheers!!

Your houseboat feel us like we was in our home, hot delicious food, clean bedrooms and washrooms with bathtub. What a morning that day was when I woke up I saw the birds are chirping, fishes are playing in the lake, so ***y other things from Houseboat front balcony and it has ***y memories of us. Mr. Adnan has ***aged the property really well and We were welcomed by him, who took us through the houseboat and explaind us all things of heritage houseboats... The property is beautiful and extremely well maintained, Special thanks to Mr. Mudassar for being such a nice host and provided us with all the amenities that one crave for a five star property, heating system was really awesome , while we enjoyed snowfall in our real life and that time the Kashmir was looked like a heaven on Earth... We had a early check out at 6 am but despite that breakfast was ready for us at 5:30 am. If you are searching for a comfortable and mesmerizing property, then Akbar Group of Heritage houseboats is the one and only stop. Ask for Mr. Adnan and he will make your stay really comfortable and mesmerizing.. I highly recommend this place to Family and couples tourists.

We had one of the most surreal experiences while staying here. The houseboat was exquisite! Adnan's (Owner of the houseboats) hospitality was unmatched. We were taken for a tour around the area and the experience was truly one of its kind! From the houseboat, you get to see the gorgeous mountains all around and at night the twinkling lights of houseboats look magical! One of the best I have had the pleasure of experiencing , would recommend this over and over.

The first experience of houseboat stay was more than I expected. I really love the rooms and food. I would really like to appreciate extra efforts of the host Adnan. The staff is very courteous and humble and welcoming. I love to come again and stay here for few days. The vibe is worth coming again here.
